Profit deduction with no explanation
My trading account UID: 1120872 was restricted and my withdrawal request was blocked after the company alleged that my trading involved “risk-free arbitrage”. They deducted profit USD 3727.55 with no clear explanation, evidence, or specific clause from the Terms & Conditions has been provided to support this claim. After deducted my profit, they emailed me “Your account is still here, secure and waiting. No forms, no fuss — just log in and pick up where you left off.”
To date, I have not received:
Any specific details of the transactions that allegedly constitute “risk-free arbitrage”
Clear explanation of how my trading activity violated your Terms and Conditions
Any concrete evidence or report from the liquidity provider to support your claim
The exact clause(s) in your Terms and Conditions that justify the deduction of my profits
