I have now had 3 unauthorised…

I have now had 3 unauthorised deductions to my bank account for £27.56, £35.01 and £7.39
None of these are authorised and there is no trace of a subscription on my phone to even cancel

I believe these people are scammers

I believe these people are scammers. I agreed to one small subscription as a trial. Then immediately a second 57$ was taken from my account. I want my money back. I did not agree to this!

I didn’t want to continue my…

I didn’t want to continue my subscription with the app and after writing my review the company immediately got in touch and offered a full refund. The customer support team were very courteous and dealt with the manner in a very time we fashion although the app was not for me. I did very much appreciate their quick response

The app I hold my self accountable , I have been using app for 3yrs attempting to get all the items I need done in a day, I like routines and reminders cause I forget everything , and keep me busy , and remind you some time I have not picked up a book or I have not worked on my painting,

Changed review from negative to positive

I changed my previous review. After communication with support team my money was returned to my account. I do appreciate this kind of attitude and way of working.

They charged me 3 times in the same month and no option to cancel the subscription. I wrote and no answer. A total hack!!

The concept and actual app is nice.

The concept and actual app is nice.
However all the added costs to upgrade is excessive.
If I had of realized this I would not have bought this app from the beginning.

Can’t believe

Can’t believe I keep getting charged even tho I have canceled over and over again

Stop stealing from me I don’t have much money as it is !!!!

⚠️ Misleading sales process – be careful

I had a very disappointing experience with Ultiself. I initially purchased a product through an Instagram advertisement and clearly authorized the first payment. However, during the checkout process, additional products were presented by simply clicking “continue,” without a clear indication that these clicks would result in further purchases and charges.

I was later charged additional amounts that I did not knowingly authorize. I was not clearly informed about any automatic payment agreement or subscription, and there was no transparent explanation in the emails I received from the company.

I have contacted PayPal to dispute these charges. I recommend being very careful and reading every step of the checkout process, as the way the offers are presented can be confusing and misleading. I also have screenshots of the Instagram advert that I clicked through and showed it to my best friend who is a higher class lawyer, we will take legal steps now he also said it’s not right. Also in the email confirmation is no information about automatic payments which is illegal in Germany. you guys are in trouble now.

Extra charge of over 50€!

I signed up for a week (8,76€) but got charged additionally 50,31€. Definitely scam, DON’T SIGN UP!!!

The team is absolutely marvelous, im not great with apps and sunscriptions

One week subscription, charged automatically 87usd afterwards - SOLVED

I took only one week subscription.
After the week had passed, ultiself charged me automatically 87 USD!
I contacted them via email, let's see if they react and reimburse me.
Be very careful with the app!
