Quality product,delivered on time at a very good pice

Ordered twice of this company and both times, they were really accommodating. The second delivery was more urgent and they prioritised this and cam the next day!!

Super. Second time I have used this company and it won’t be the last. I made a stupid mistake during the ordering process which didn’t come to light until my order arrived but the company handled it extremely well, delivering me a replacement at very short notice prior to me leaving for a holiday which was an enormous help. Great communication, very friendly bunch and most importantly, a first class hardwearing product. The previous order I made with them was, three years ago and the decking literally looks like new still.

I ordered composite fence kits for my garden and i am very happy with the quality of the products. I was kept up to date with delivery updates and a speedy service. Customer service throughout the ordering with ease and delivery process was top quality. Will definitely look to recommend to associates. Thank you Ultradecking! Looking forward to a great summer!

Ordered my fence on their website after shopping around for a few weeks.
The price was very competitive.
Delivered on the date they emailed to me.
I thought at first the panels were the wrong ones as they are longer than i needed. I spoke to the customer service lady and she advised that the length is correct and every panel may need to be cut as concrete posts move over time.
I did have to cut most panels but it didn't take long and the finished look is perfect.

Ordered some cladding from here on the 18th June, looked at my order and realised i had forgotten to ask about corner pieces. I rang UltraDecking who sent me the different options, rectified my order and had it delivered 2 days later!!!!!

Service is below 0, they do not even deserve one star. Some products arrived damaged, they do not accept any ownership to that, they have offered no resolution other than me taking them to the court. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

They don’t even deserve 1star . I ordered some cladding and paid £60 for 3-7 days delivery, 4weeks later and multiple calls to them chasing it they finally gave me a date in which I took the day off work to be there only to get a call on the day to say their van has broken down so I lost a days wages .we had to order some more and got a date for delivery so again took the day off work only to get another call saying they couldn’t make it . I’ve lost 2days wages they don’t get back to you and after many calls saying I wanted a refund for the £60 delivery they only refunded £30 . This is the worst company I’ve had to deal with and would not recommend them to anyone. Stay clear

Really disappointed with the delivery service, my order was supposed to be delivered on Friday, then while callign them randomly to check on time of delivery I learn that it will not be delivered Friday but instead Monday. Monday goes, I call them 5 times, everyone guarantees me that the delivery will happen on Monday and nothing happened. Now I am hearing that my delivery might happen Friday, maybe. Very disappointing, had to waste my time and money as well as my builders time while waiting for a confirmed delivery. 0 communication coming from the Ultra-decking and only excuses with their logistic partner, no cost reduction or anything done to accomodate my issues and at the end of the day no resolution offered either.

Since placing the review below on Trustpilot, UltraDecking have honoured their promise and refunded the £100.00.

We placed a large composite decking order and paid £100 for express delivery so as not to hold-up our builders. The company were very quick to get back to me when quoting and locking down the order - super quick! However - not so quick when dealing with the problem of non-delivery within the promised 3-5 days for express delivery. Delivery actually took 12 days, meaning that I incurred extra charges from the builders that I cannot afford. Ultra Decking promised to refund the £100 for express delivery as a compensatory gesture. Surprise, surprise this has not been forthcoming and I am now told will not be - instead they have offered a refund of £40 for standard delivery?? I keep getting passed round from person to person when I call. I must say Ruby had tried to be incredibly helpful but can only do so much. Apparently, as of today, Jenny (the company refuse/to/cannot give her surname!??) is dealing with this refund matter now which I have 'escalated'...:)) :((

Really disappointed with the customer service that I am currently receiving from ultra Decking.
Only 1/4 of my order was delivered and after several frustrating phone calls over the course of the last 6 days to their sales team i am still none the wiser as to when i will receive my materials.
The sales team say that it is up to the logistics team to decide. I naturally thought that when 3/4 of a delivery is missing the company would go above and beyond to make sure that delivery happened as soon as physically possible.
I have offered to collect and offered to send a courier but been told that the warehouse is too busy to deal with collections.
What a shame as the product that I did receive seems pretty good.

Great cladding at a good price. Reasonable range of colours to choose from and, crucially for me, big enough for my project.

I think delivery was extra because we were quite a distance, but it was delivered on time and undamaged. Well done!

Ordered our decking from online site, this was very easy to do, we were given a delivery day, which was within the time limits.
A very nice man delivered our decking, he carried it in the garage for us, it was a great service, very understandable staff and very helpful.
The decking is very good quality and we recommend this company for there friendly efficient service
