I had my brakes changed (rotors and pads). After picking up the car the brakes were almost as bad as before having the brakes changed. It turns out nobody checked/changed the brake fluid.

Got pulled over this morning by the police, for no brake lights, ( I have too add my eyes are not sitting on my boot), anyways driving home I spotted Ultra Tune down Derrimut Rd, Came home too wait till it open, My god the lady full of spunk an energy , ask me my problem, said give me 2 sec. gentleman in service uniform with a great grin fixed it in tops 5 sec.

I stopped to ask whether they could replace my car's spot globes at some stage, they gladly assisted me immediately. They saved me a whole lot of money with the globes and then noticed another light was out and offered to change that too. The final charge for the expedient and friendly service was also well under what I was expecting. And I will be taking my other car in for similar issues and look at servicing my vehicles there in future. It was quick, convenient and showed no trouble at all for them to help me, despite being very busy at the service garage. The owner was just lovely, happy and evident that he enjoys his work and business. Thank you! I felt confident when leaving with my car. Well done guys!

I went to price around to get a blue slip done for my car, as it was purchased last week with QLD plates on it.
I found prices online that it should cost about $65-$67 and asked around.
I went to Ultratune Smithfield 2164 and they wanted to charge me $120 for a blue slip. I told them that it’s just under $70 and they said “well that’s our price”.
My partner than said that it was illegal to charge so much and they said “oh well, that’s what we charge/get over it…”. Every other place in the area charges $67, but they think $120 is excusable.

Great and efficient service by Ultra Tune Rockingham. On time and within budget quoted. Will definitely be returning for regular car service :)

Avoid like the plague. Very unprofessional and incompetent, plenty of other mechanics in town that know what they are doing and won’t damage your vehicle and then not tell you. Don’t know what they are looking at and can not diagnose simple defects that are plain to see. Will never take my vehicle here ever again. This is your warning, it will cost you more then you know.

I would highly recommend this place. I take both my SUVs here and always the team does a great job. For minors check you don't even have to leave the car there as they check it on the fly. Thanks again and keep up the great work guys.

I have been a customer at Ultratune Windsor for a few years now and I have to say that Lance and the crew are bloody awesome! I recently had a recurring problem with my Suzuki Baleno that would not go away. After putting it in for a few days and thinking that it was fixed, it wasn't. When I took it back to Lance he was like a dog on a bone, he would not rest until he had done everything to try and fix the problem. And, he did, at no charge.. Lance you are a damn set legend, I will continue to be a customer for a long time...

Rude. Did not want to listen to me at all. Absolutely zero interest in helping me. Basically, by tone of voice and attitude, told me to get lost.
I would not recommend them to look at a pushbike.

Headlight bulb replaced on Honda CRV 2002 model. Very efficient service and they checked oil, on the spot.

I had my Audi Q3 headlight bulb replacement at Ultra Tune High Point. The bulb was a special part not easily to find in usual auto shops. It was excellent service, got it done in just a few hours. I saving heaps instead of going to Audi dealership for a big pricey quote.

Never go this store , they give you different price and charge you different and they have no shame to rob the customers, all fake reviews , asking to give them 5 star so they can robe more people ,
They hardly have 2 start overall.

Got quoted 645$ to have a new alternator fitted on my Falcon BF. I ended up declining and found out that Ford sold genuine alternators for 285$. Adam from Ultra Tune Maribyrnong charged 360$ for an hours worth of labour.

I would strongly recommend these guys for any servicing or car repairs, they are thorough and really easy to deal with, having no idea about cars made things simple and showed me the parts they had replaced… will definitely return.

The Ultratune Jesmond crew fit me in at the last minute to refit a car seat for my baby that my other kids had fiddled with and it wasn’t secure. They got me straight in, finished it within 15 minutes and didn’t charge me anything. Service like this is unbeatable, I have used them in the past and will absolutely use them again!

Steve and his crew did a job for my daughter that saved her hundreds of dollars on a quote she got from a Nissan service centre. Steve also picked up on a suspension issue that was overlooked by Nissan that could have turned into something extremely serious. We would highly recommend Ultratune Balcatta. The owner of this place is just amazing so genuine honest and caring, always happy to help and gets the job done very quick never later than what they say, all the boys here are just great, they know their cars and know what they're talking about, very very professional people and workplace and down to earth people who give every customer the best service, charged me no fee to just look at my car and tell me what was wrong with it very quickly, even took the car seat out of my car and put it in his car himself and drove me to go pick my kids up from school then dropped me home, just wonderful people, even made an effort to go out of the way and check up to make sure my car was good. Always give me the best advice and have never overcharged me or charged me for such simple things where any other place in the past have asked for $150 just to have a look over the car. Highly recommend to anyone would even send my own kids to this workshop, so friendly genuine honest caring and amazing people, anywhere else has looked at me like a $ sign where as these people do their best to get me nothing but the best service and price and are very good & friendly to my kids!! Nothing but good things to say when every other place has only ever taken me for a ride and told me things that where not even correct just to get money out of me, sooo much respect!

These guys are always helpful, explain everything to me (I know nothing about cars) and most of all don't rip me off like many other mechanics. Highly recommend!

My car over heated and blew a hose this morning on my way to work. I managed to get car to Ingleburn Ultra Tune which was the closest mechanic from the service station I was at. The team were so helpful and drove me to work whilst they fixed my car. They also picked me up from work. I was so grateful for their support and professionalism. The car is fixed and I am a very happy customer. Cant thank the team enough!!! Highly recommended
