They are fraudulent ppl, they took my money for Hajj this year 2025. Provided zero services and ghosted. They didn’t return my money and I am lodging police complaint. Their office address is faked. Please be aware and don’t fall under their scam

This was my first time using Umrah Travelz for my Umrah journey. Brother Umer did a great job with the hotel and transport bookings in both Makkah and Madinah, and he was thorough in explaining the air travel and visa processes. Communication was good throughout. However, I was a bit let down by the ziyarat tour in Makkah; it felt rushed, and there was a slight language barrier with the guide, so the explanations in English were brief. No fault to the drivers—they were great—but as I was traveling solo, I think I’d recommend going with a group if you don’t speak Arabic or Urdu. On a positive note, the hotels were very close (about a 10-minute walk) to the Masjid Al-Haram and Masjid An-Nabawi, which was incredibly convenient. Overall, despite some small hiccups, I had a meaningful and positive experience. Allahumma Barik.

Alhumdulillah i recently performed Umrah with my family through Umrah Travelz. Mr. Waleed was incredibly helpful from the planning stages right through to the end of our journey. Both hotels in Makkah and Madinah were conveniently close to the Haram and Masjid-e-Nabawi, which really made our visit more comfortable. The transportation arrangements were smooth, and Mr. Waleed was always quick to respond to our questions, which I really appreciated.
