Asalamwalikum warahmatula wabarakatuhu.. I was just browsing to find out how much ummrah costs as I have never been before was looking at flights price hotels. I come across ummrah express and spoke to a lovely brother named khalid. brother Khalid here was so helpful in finding me a suitable package for me and my child to go ummrah.. I will definitely be booking inshallah with U in the near future once I have some money saved. hats off to brother Khalid who is a professional at what he does caring and understand the needs of people. i bookd flights to medinah for my son for work and umrah. brother khalid who dealt with my inquiry was so patient because for days i kept changing my flights. he would find something but than i would change something. not once did he complain about anythin. unti we found our flight how we wanted. i would recommend brother khallid to any one. he was so professional and good customer service. this is my second time booking with this company. would definitely book our future flights and umhrah again

Transport arrangements were chaotic. The buses were always late, and the office staff didn’t coordinate anything with Team leader . It caused unnecessary stress during what was supposed to be a spiritual journey.
