BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Your items will make months to get to you. They’re selling you items that aren’t even made yet! And if they don’t sell enough of it, they will cancel the style of day you’re being refunded. Then, it will take weeks and weeks of chasing your refund to get your money back! I can’t believe reputable music artists are letting this be the face of their merch. Customer service is non-existent. It’s sad that it is better to buy knock-offs from another site than buy from the artists page!

the worst experience i have ever had…

the worst experience i have ever had with online customer service. i ordered from the taylor swift store and didnt recieve my items on time and they never reached out to tell me my order was delayed. after 10+ emails of automated responses which did not actually respond to my questions or remotely help me with my order i got one email response from a person who actually read my email. even so, when i emailed back regarding another order i received ANOTHER automated message from someone who clearly did not read my email. i have so much respect for customer service workers! i love to online shop so i deal with customer service workers quite often. i understand mistakes happen but the service is unacceptably poor and inefficient. i would order soooo much stuff from the taylor swift store, because i am a HUGE fan but none of my orders come in on time and when you inquire about your order you get NO help whatsoever. u Music, taylor is a mastermind and will not settle for a bad customer service agency for her offical store so might want to get it together :)

Just horrifically bad

Just horrifically bad. Items won't be shipped for a month after purchase, and even then, if you reach out to customer service for help, there's like a 50% chance they'll tell you that your package was lost and all you're getting is a refund. At least with Taylor Swift's merchandise, it feels like no one cares about how awful the service is because they know people will still buy the merch.

OMG...

Pathetically poor customer service

Pathetically poor, virtually nonexistent customer service by Universal on the U.S. side of The Rolling Stones store No. 9 Carnaby St. Consider this a zero star review. Received a $200 Stones jacket that I ordered online, but it is too big - despite what the specs say on the website. I promptly returned the jacket in perfect, unworn condition and weeks have gone by — and I still don’t have a refund from Universal - and now they have my jacket. It takes many days to get any type of email response from customer service — if you can call it that - and things seem to go nowhere. There is no customer service number to call. But No. 9 Carnaby St. still has my money. I’m not into providing companies with interest-free loans and I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and contact the local District Attorney’s consumer affairs division and other authorities who handle consumer fraud where the U.S. operation is based. Additionally, I may reach out to an NBC reporter who does segments on these kinds of consumer nightmares.
This has been an awful and frustrating experience and a radical departure from the Stones’s commitment to excellence. As much as I love the Stones, I will never buy any of their merchandise handled by Universal.

Ordered Lauren Spencer Smith…

Ordered Lauren Spencer Smith merchandise over 6 weeks ago and still received them. Finally got through to customer service and they said they couldn't tell me when the deliveryight arrive. I was told I could have a refund, ha e asked for this and now not heard anything from them and definitely not received a refund! Absolutely shocking

Ordered a record and they sent an empty…

Ordered a record and they sent an empty box. When I emailed them and asked them to send me an actual record, the customer service rep. Said they needed to verify my address. I gave them my address again and a week went by with no word from them. I emailed them again to ask where my record was - in a couple of days they got back to me and said my address was unverifiable. I told the moron “it’s the same address you sent the empty box to!” Had to get a refund from paypal.

Billie Eilish store no goods received

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced,
My daughter has spent over £90 on the Billie Eilish store only not to receive items and no help at all from customer service,
Myself have also placed an order with the same Billie Eilish store to receive the same response and no item delivered as of yet from an order placed in July,
Will be reporting to trading standards as they are just scamming people,
I am surprised that Billie Eilish and her team allow this to go on and steal from the youngsters that idolise her and spend their money in good faith.

They sell fake autographs alot now I ordered 2 chains lil wayne and there obvious a stamp not signed as video showed and it been in several Facebook groups to prove won't respond to any message for committing forgery never will buy another thing from them it's ILLEGAL

WORST customer service EVER

Literally cannot comprehend how horrendous their customer service is.
I'm pretty sure I've ordered things from music artists via UMG before and it's been fine, but recently I pre-ordered an exclusive USB stick from an album launch and got sent the wrong item, a CD.
Thinking this was just going to be a quick fix, I emailed their customer service team and waited for a while before someone finally got back to me and said that they 'didn't have all the info available' so I needed to bear with them. I haven't heard anything back since and my follow ups haven't got me anywhere.
The item I initially ordered is now out of stock and I'm still waiting for them to respond to me and resolve the situation!
I've DMed their CS team on Twitter so hopefully something might come of that, but given the other reviews on here I doubt I'll get very far with that either.
What a dreadful merch distributor - thanks for wasting my time and money!

Ordered 3 vinyl in August

Ordered 3 vinyl in August, with one being released in October so I knew I’d have to wait for that one to the released for my order to ship. Fair enough. The shipping day comes, and the shipping date is changed on the product for the next week. Fine. The next week comes, and the shipping date changes again. I email them. They tell me there’s a delay. I ask for them to ship my other vinyl then as I’ve been waiting, they tell me no as I opted for “ship together”… it’s not almost end of November and I have yet to receive anything. I have emailed them requesting a refund as enough is enough - was told I would hear back in 2 days, that was a week ago. I’m not one to generally write bad reviews, but this is beyond ridiculous. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid!!! They, as everyone clearly states on this page, do not care about their customers whatsoever.

Avoid if you can

Absolutely atrocious customer service. Ben waiting over 3 months for them to resolve my wrong order which would have been refunded 3 months ago due to a factory error. Instead here we are 3 months later with them replying once a week at best to my emails. So sad that musicians own merch uses this company as it lets all their fans down

Best thing is we need to report this…

Best thing is we need to report this waste of time company to trading standards, listed as main Beatles supplier on Google.Can only pay with card so that was a big issue.. Paid for 3 coloured Beatles singles and received 3 black. Not happy. Received 1 email from someone named Luke and only found after digging 1 contact number but hit and miss if they answer . Asked me to return the singles for refund or they can replace with clear... Lol yea really.... Trading standards it is then

Ferndale_ Terrible Service, Product & Shipping

Worst experience ordering from Taylor Swift Store - terrible service, quality and refuse to respond to refund request. I don’t understand how a government entity has not started to investigate the business dealings of this company. Granted, UMG is publicly traded that has their ‘subsidiary’ Bravado manage merch, but they hired a small company out of Ferndale to manage merch for A LOT of artists…it is a mess and never ordering from any artist that is sourced out of this warehouse/company.

Terrible company do not order from them!

Terrible company. Order never arrived. Tracking # never progessed passed shipping label created. Contacted them. They said wait a week and if I haven't received the order contact them back. I did and it was the exact same wording telling me to wait a week again. So it's just a copy and paste email. I contacted again and they said they are looking into it. Heard nothing. Contacted them several more times and now they don't respond.

Do not purchase jewelry from their store! The necklace we purchased was so cheap and flimsy, it broke the first time it was worn. They won’t replace the defective item either. Their jewelry is overpriced and very low quality!

Not good enough

Not good enough. Pre-ordered a record 2 months prior to release date. Got an update on the day of the release, that it had been postponed by a month. Fast forward two months, a month after the new release date, no delivery, no communication. Reached out to the help email (Twitter account only deals with NA orders), and all they can say is that they're awaiting stock from their suppliers, even though you can already buy the record from resellers. AKA they oversold the pre-order and having already taken your money, expect you to take late delivery, and a second pressing.
