Perfect job done today, I will definitely be recommending UnderStairsStorage.
The website is easy to follow with the contact form guiding you through what you need to do.
Photos and videos are great as they show how your home can be transformed.
The initial calls and emails from Richard explaining what we could have were great, very clear.
Richard was very particular with ensuring the measurements were correct so he could make the best use of our space (thank you).
The date was fixed for today, James turned up on time and got on with the job whilst I worked upstairs.
James was a very considerate hard worker, neat and tidy and took pride in the job.
He's certainly transformed our hallway.
Everything has a quality feel. The drawers are extremely robust and the lights inside them and the coat cupboard are great.
I trusted from the description of the materials used it would be a solid job, and it really is.

Outstanding company - right from the beginning they were communicative and flexible. Where something wouldn't work they clearly explained the limitations and worked with us to find a solution that would work.

On the day, the installer arrived with a truck full of supplies and was ready to make changes and improvements as needed. The end result was everything we hoped for.

We selected USS based on the higher level of quality products and the lifetime guarantee. The end result is outstanding, we are very pleased with the workmanship, the care of James on the fitting day, and the clarity throughout the process from Richard.

Such a great company. From the first call, Richard was really helpful. Our cupboards were made completely bespoke to our design. There was zero drama, they came when they said they would, the quality is excellent and communication has been fantastic throughout. I would absolutely recommend them.

Smooth process from start to end - Richard and James have been brilliant. The work that James has done is outstanding. Building bespoke solution as per brief given, working in the snow and cold, achieving exactly what we wanted, cleaning and leaving the place immaculate after all this hard work, we are for sure extremely happy with the results and I was actually very impressed by the amount of work required to build under stair storages!!! Not a DIY exercice at all!! Very professional, relayable company and people. I recommend 100% ! Massive Thanks Guys!

The storage is great and very practical. James was left to crack on and worked through the weekend to get it completed.
The drawers feel sturdy and the external finish is fantastic fitting flush against the other surfaces.

Good quality professional job, completed on time and with minimal disruption. Communication with the main office is professional and friendly. The fitter arrived on time, worked hard and was tidy and polite. We are very pleased with the result and would recommend this company.

The cleanest, quickest and most professional building job that’s ever been done in this house! It actually doesn’t feel like a big job even took place. From the first phone call until the installation, the total time from start to finish was around 6 hours - no waiting time/separate visits for measuring or prep. No mess left behind, extremely sleek finish, very cool push-open system, tonnes of space in the shelves optimised. They sadly don’t do any other types of construction around the house, but because they specialise solely in under-stairs storage, it has paid off in spades for the quality and quickness of the work.

Great communication, plans based on what I wanted and their experience in this field. The fitter (James) came exactly as agreed, worked a solid 12 hours and got the whole job done in one day. The attention to detail was meticulous and the drawers and cupboard fit perfectly. I would definitely recommend. I did have cheaper quotes but the communication, quality, design and plans were just not up to the finished product I now have.

I am over the moon with my new understairs storage! It looks amazing in my kitchen and the colour matching works perfectly! It's so neat and professional and very substantial so feel I can really make the most of it of all the space in the drawers. A big thank you to Richard for prompt responses to emails, for meeting me to collect the colour match sample (postal strikes worked against me!) And James for being so clean and tidy and professionally when fitting the units. One thing to note which I hadn't fully appreciated is that the unit are completely prepared fitted in your own home , rather than made in a workshop and then installed. So James arrived with the oversized materials and then cut them down so they fit perfectly and literally made the most of every centimetre! Thank you so much USS, I will definitely recommend you to any friends who are looking for a similar piece of work!
