Right from our initial consultation, Richard patiently listened to my ideas, offered insightful suggestions, and collaborated closely to ensure every detail was aligned with my expectations.

The project timeline they provided was not only met but exceeded. We spoke around 2-weeks ago and yestersday James for the whole day to complete the installation. After much research and toing/froing with several suppliers in this field I plumped for USS even though they were the most expensive. Richard has a very convincing sales patter (but never oppressive or pushy)! The drawers and tallboy were built on site by James who worked a very long day to get it finished. The whole storage system looks fantastic and the drawers are enormous! There were a couple of issues arising from the weight of drawer contents, and a screw pushing through from inside one drawer, but these were all corrected when James was next in the area.

We had previously had a bad experience with a fitter who used cheap wood and poor finish and produced a complete eyesore under the stairs. We had the whole thing taken out and fortunately, found Richard's company on the internet. What a difference! Richard was really informative and helpful and recognised that we'd been badly 'burned' and needed help. James fitted our new storage and worked diligently and professionally all day until it was finished. It turned out to be a really excellent, first class product and service. Don't mess with the rest, choose the best!

All done to a high quality and in just one day! This will make a huge impact to our home and the extra storage utilisation it will give our family. Many thanks to Richard and James.

Excellent company from start to finish. Brilliant customer service with clear explanations, costing and cupboard/drawer options helping us decide on what worked best for us. Spent a couple of months deciding and then they were happy to pick up where we left off and fit us in with a quick turn around time. Fitter was tidy, polite and got on with the job. Great finish and we are so happy we finally decided to go ahead and choose this company.

Richard responded really promptly to my enquiry and was super communicative and helpful in explaining possibilities and discussing design options to meet my requirements. After a couple of days of discussions the agreed solution was drawn up and costed.

One month later it was installed by James. It was a long hard day with a lot of work cutting and fixing to build the unit and make up and fit the drawers to use every inch of space available. Attention was also paid to the finish and give me an end result that was everything I could have hoped for.

simple order , prompt delivery good workmanship all stress free

Richard has been amazing from start to finish in accommodating our needs and helping us get past the many set backs we had which arose as we started the project. Issues thrown up with the layout of our house and the fitter worked his socks off to get it completed . Brilliant result from what turned out to be a challenging fit out all taken in their stride.

Much appreciated the kindness and help. Good customer service as well as tailor made designs. The carpenter did a great job too and kept my place clean and tidy after work. Very good.
