This is the second time this company has charged me after I canceled within the free trial period. I canceled on the first day, well before the trial ended, and still received a charge once the trial expired.

When I contacted support, I was initially told I would receive a full refund. Later, they changed their position and said they would deduct $10 for a “first month,” which makes no sense since the subscription was canceled during the free trial. After pushing back, I was again told the refund was processed in full, but the communication has been inconsistent and unclear.

This feels misleading and has happened to me more than once, which raises serious concerns about their billing practices. Customers should be very cautious and closely monitor their charges if they use this service.
