Do not do it!!!!!
If you like a nice and relaxing swimming experience from a company that delivers on their contract, then DONT have anything to do with this company.
If you like dealing with lawyers and chasing after people who you already payed, to do work they are supposed to do, then this is the perfect company for you.
We ordered and payed for the pool in June 2024 ( almost 30.000€ ). Despite them saying it would be completed by August 2024, it was not installed until September 2024, and only because we kept reminding them.
The pool was delivered incomplete and without stairs. Despite being promised that the stairs would be delivered and installed within the next couple of weeks, we still didn’t get them until almost a year later. As you can see from the photos I added in the google review , the stairs were built in an unsafe and incorrect manner. And they are also very ugly.
Also within a month of the pool being installed, it started leaking from several places. The company promised that they would send a technician to fix the leaks, but they never did despite us asking them several times.
Finally, after contacting a lawyer, someone came and installed the above mentioned stairs as well as a new pool liner, wich is full of wrinkles and is not aesthetically pleasing.
Considering the price of the “pool”, the cost to fill the pool twice ( nearly 4000€) , the cost of a lawyer and the extremely unpleasant experience of dealing with this lying - incompetent company, I wish I could give them a negative amount of stars for a review.
Do not trust them and do not deal with them
