fast shipping, excellent service and perfect quality

I'm one of the people who found out about this shop for creeproductions, and I'm happy to say my draculaura arrived and she's wonderful! It's really taken the stress out of last minute refreshing and a dash to get it into the cart on other sites; I understand that some people are a little nervous about their orders taking longer but please let me reassure you as someone who has a lovely little pink vampire on my doll shelves that it's a Mattel issue, not this store! I will happily be ordering again if they take on more of the creepros!

Won't respond to any of my emails.
I've sent 2, one last month or so, one today. I want to cancle my preorder but no one is responding 😭

UPDATE TO MY UPDATE: I received my package today. It contained 2 of the 3 Care Bears. I had to get a refund on the third cause of supplier issues. Customer service did go beyond my expectations. I was too impatient and could have waited, but I didn’t. So to clarify, I am happy with my purchase and if I need to find something that’s not in the USA that’s been sold out, I will come back. Thanks again for putting up with my impatience.

Customer service is non existent. I placed a pre-order for some universal monster Care Bear dolls on September 13th 2024 and emailed asking about when they would ship, now they did email me back saying the end of September or early October is when they would get them shipped. It is now a couple of weeks into October, so I emailed again asking when my order will ship, they haven’t responded! Mind you I live in USA so I know shipping costs more than the actual products I ordered, so I assumed they would answer me back with a date or something along the lines of we screwed up here’s a refund, but no. I was really looking forward to giving these to my daughter for her birthday next month. Here in the States every one jacked up the prices on these dolls way more than the shipping cost of the ones I ordered from here. It’s just a big let down and I don’t know what to do. I guess I’m just going to cross my fingers and toes and pray. If I receive a reply and get my Care Bears I will definitely change my rating.

UPDATE:
They did reach out to me and explained one of the bears is apparently not available or didn’t make enough for public demand, either way I was offered a refund. Hopefully I will receive the other two.

The dolls came in time! Great service, answers questions on time:)

Arrived quickly, had stock not available anywhere else in the UK and they had brilliant communication, went above and beyond to get the product delivered quick.

Got a pre-order, was easy to pay the rest of my order through an email they sent out. Arrived quicker than expected sent out same day as payment. Overall very good experience.

Everything arrived according to description in new condition.

They accepted they could not get in the final item and refunded me without fuss, I still wish to use there services in the near future. No complaints.

Second time this has happened now. I preordered some bumbumz soft toys and it said 30% deposit or something. And it took out all the money. I’m now nearly £50 down and haven’t had any help. I don’t want to cancel order and shouldn’t have to because this isn’t my fault it’s the companies. I don’t want to miss out on them but I’m not getting any help. This is ridiculous and I will take further coz this is the companies fault not mine. All I did was checkout like it said. I didn’t know it would take more than it said it would!

Ordered Peaceful Heart Care Bear from them on 8th February 2024 waited ages and ages then contacted them never received my item or a refund I do not recommend this seller.😡

i preorderd something and it arrived at the correct time. a lot of stores cancel preorders or keep pushing back the date for the product to arrive.

Still waiting for order I placed in March we are now in July, only get updates when I send an enquiry and all I am told is its on hold

There were a few issues with orders I had made in end of Jan/Feb which didn't arrive till April because there was so many issues with mail. They honestly have such great customer service which is some a shame because some issues were honestly out of their control but I made a pre order in Feb which was suppose to be in May and never got an update on it. I constantly had to keep asking for updates and it took so long to get items.
I also had to pay an extra $150 in mail... all the packages were very damaged in transit and one box was open.
They were prompt with organising the refund but I'm still waiting for it to be released back? Not their fault. There was overall a lot of issues and I wish their customer service could make up for it but unfortunately it was just too many months and of back and forth.

Not great. Order took over a week to come with no update until I asked and it kept getting increased as to when it would get dispatched. Some items were damaged or missing. Didn’t get offered anything not even voucher for waiting longer then it says- it says3-5 working days well it was longer. I have had this issue before with diff companies and they gave me a voucher to cover what shipping would have cost but I spent £30 which means free shipping and I didn’t even get anything for waiting. What if there was a bday present in there?! It would have been late?! customer service didn’t seem very bothered.
