After placing a order for a pre order Pokémon e mail the company they always replied but it went on to long after canceling the order they emailed me and said they had refunded me threw shop which I am still waiting on money in mean time I have ordered the same article off Amazon which has arrived so go with them the situation with refund is after emailing the company to see when I will get money in account no reply

It was great my order they are great! Only thing is i the local carrier had smashed my package even though they marked it fragile and was wet so one of my items was wet and smelled like dirty water.🫤 it was the only one not ina an actual bag or came in a manufacturer box

NOT RESPONSE TO GIVING MY MONEY BACK
UPDATE: Emailed them straight away after they replied to this review, still no response!!!
Placed an order on the 12th Feb, they emailed me straight away to notify me it was a pre-order so I responded straight away asking to cancel the order as it was needed for a present on the 19th, (my error I did not realise it was a pre order item)!
However they have not responded to my initial email to cancel, or to the 3 consecutive emails I followed up with. The money has already been taken from my bank so I am still awaiting a response, if I will ever get one!!!

Terrible customer service, still awaiting order
Website was showing as having an item in stock so we ordered early December to ensure arrival before Christmas. Two weeks later the items hadn’t been dispatched so I followed up via email and was advised the item was out of stock and they were waiting for more to arrive. At this point it was too late for me to order from elsewhere to get it before Christmas- I explained that the item was showing as in stock when I ordered, but had I had a heads up that it wasn’t available, I could have explored other options. I did not receive a reply to my email, nor have I been issued a refund.
