Seems like a scam but I Got the produkt…
Seems like a scam but as i paid with PayPal i could always dispute. After first ordering on unidragon.com and they took my money and canceled the order and told me to order on eu to avoid taxes it still took me 3 weeks to get the refund. I took the chance and ordered it again and after 17 days i still dident have a shipping or tracking id so i complained.They told that their things had been stück in customs and it should be shipped shortly. Finally after now 22 days it has arrived. I dont Think they are scamming but their service level is quite low. Room for lots of improvement.

Delivery took a long time
Originally thought that this is a Hoax: Took money but no delivery. No replies from so called customer service, but after his original review they delivered and now I have received the puzzles.

It looks like a typical scam with Chinese products - one day a company opens Facebook page with broad advertising campaign reaching most of us. Then many sister-sites are also opened with exactly same products. And after 1-2 months they are all gone.
Still, I decided to place an order on Monday, received the package on Friday. Neat minimalistic packaging, inside everything as advertised. Really good quality of plywood puzzles, with beautiful colors. So I don't know if it's scam or not (maybe they ship only to selected few?) but in my case I'm 100% happy and recommend the product.

I have made 2 orders.
The first I have received (with a Track&Trace number).
The second one I have been informed that it is in the customs process and I can get a refund if the time to wait is too much.
All in all:
The product is as advertised, the quality is good.
I might say I am quite satisfied with the product and service.

Ordered a puzzle, and recieved it shortly after, along with a promo-code for an upcoming puzzle. But as the company switched websites, the order got cancelled and the code didn't work on the new webiste when I went to order again.
I contacted Unidragon, and they told me to email them when I re-ordered for a 25% discount.

Scam. After payment they disapeared. Had to file a paypal claim. ordered 3 weeks ago, no tracking, no item nothing. 270$ was the amount
