The program does what it's supposed to; I'm using the 4K video upscaling feature and the results are great. The UI is a bit confusing and complicated, but you'll get used to it.

I tried it as an alternative to Adobe, and this was my best decision. It is more affordable, and the quality of video clips is insane. I mostly used it for upscaling and enhancing my old videos, and the output is insane.

Outstanding product
Outstanding product! Video Up-Scaler AI was was able to rescue my old, low-res videos from the limited recording technology of the past. Watching them is no longer a nostalgic trip through archived 50 year old videos transferred from VHS to MP4. They are beautiful!

I paid for the service after using the trial version. After that I couldnt get it to work.. its very confusing it was telling e I had 3000 credits yet it was trial version. I wasnt able to use it 1 time . I decided to cancel my subscription as I am permitted if its less than 14 days. They make it impossible to cancel They give clear instructions so it seems like its possible but it is not. As far as Im concerned this is a scam company. I suggest do not pay for any services before calling customer service to see if they actually can help you with issues. No customer service, DO NOT PAY because when it comes time to cancel, they make it impossible.. Now if you want to add on services, easy as pie. DO NOT BUY. YOUVE BEEN WARNED.

And with MKV the subtitles are by default embedded on the video (it's stupid).
Also, there are some instabilities when changing the settings.
