Outstanding customer service despite product issues
I previously left a 1-star review, but I'd like to update it. I did received the wrong bedding and was disappointed with its quality. However, the customer service team at UniKitOut truly went above and beyond. They offered me a full refund and the option to resend a different product (which I declined, as I had already purchased replacements). Lovely customer service but disappointing quality
The communication and helpfulness of the customer service team was outstanding and I am very grateful for all their assistance with getting my order in time for my arrival. Unfortunately the bedding itself has been quite disappointing. I did get the standard pack so I wasn't expecting amazing quality or anything but it is quite low quality, especially for the price paid. I found it very uncomfortable and ended up having to buy different bedding elsewhere. Again, the customer service can't be praised enough they were so lovely, unfortunately it was just the product that was a let down.

Well everything was really great
Well everything was really great! But the pans and the utensils aren’t nonstick! I did though that it were nonstick but sadly I was disappointed by that one thing! Other than that it was good.

Average start. It was convenient to have everything delivered before my arrival, making the transition to university smoother. However, the kitchen items, in particular, are not great the pans are peeling, the cooking utensils don’t withstand heat well, and the kitchen towel isn’t effective for drying dishes. On a positive note, the bedding and towels are of good quality.
