Excellent service - ordered a voucher one day & received it the next day. Also earlier enquiry was answered very promptly. Would certainly use the service again.

Slight error with the message on the gift but rectified straight away with no hassle.

I bought vouchers for a friend's birthday, they were emailed as soon as the payment was processed so no complaints. My only slight grumble would be the fact that you couldn't purchase multiple vouchers - I understand why they only come in three values however I required £20 so had to process two separate vouchers for £10 and add individually to the basket , both with different messages etc....it would have been nicer if you could have selected how many of each voucher you wanted before proceeding to message and delivery options.

I used the live chat as I had a number of questions re the gifts for 2 individuals who live close to each other and who I knew would be keen to do the Vineyard & nibbles tour at Nun Monkton together. The team were very helpful and today I received the 2 individual gift boxes so all I have to do is to Christmas wrap them and give them when we all catch up in the Midlands next month.

Website very good and easy to navigate with a great selection of good quality gift experiences. Some of these are a bit quirky which I like. Love the fact that they are all Yorkshire based which means gifting to grown up kids living in London provides another reason to visit home. Purchasing system hassle free and voucher efficiently delivered. Would definitely use this service again.
