The only reason it is 4 stars not 5 is…

The only reason it is 4 stars not 5 is that it was only after purchase that I noticed that the gift voucher must be used within 3 months. That may be fine, but as it is a gift a longer period before expiry might have been better/clearer. Apart from that it was a very easy process and an excellent price.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. Most of our experiences have a 12 month redemption period, in fact we only have 2 which have 3 months but we clearly need to make the redemption period notice much clearer on the page. We'll get to work on that!

Excellent service

We ordered an experience from this website and paid extra for a gift box to be sent to us with personalisation. This all happened within 2-3days. Excellent service - cannot fault them

FIRST TIME USING UNIQUELY LOCAL

As we live outside of the UK, but still have family and friends in Yorkshire, I stumbled across this website when I was looking for gifts. The recipient has not used her voucher yet, so cannot comment about the experience, but the site had really good gift ideas, was very easy to navigate and the voucher was emailed very quickly. I will definitely be using them for Christmas gifts this year.

Great customer service!

I left a message requesting advice, and was contacted very soon after leaving it. The response was personable and the advice good - I then booked an experience. When I received the voucher by email they had remembered my call and me personally and made mention of it - great customer service!!!
