The service was VERY misleading
The service was VERY misleading. I got a web address for free but no way to use it for my business. Then spoke to Chad, who had a really snotty attitude. I'm deleting the web address and account with them. Good luck.

Hello and thanks for your feedback. Our desire is for all of our customers to be able to renew their domain names on time and with plenty of notice beforehand. That's why we send renewal reminders 30 and 15 days before renewal, with comprehensive instructions for completing or cancelling the renewal. If the card on file cannot be charged or authorized for the renewal, we send another notice with instructions for completing the renewal. Expired domains can often be restored, but we are typically required to pay the registry a premium fee to restore the domain name, which is why restoration costs more than a standard renewal.
