While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more
To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more

I had some trouble understanding my domain address as it showed up differently at confirmation than during the whole registration & sign up process so I became confused as I am not a tech person
I also had some payment snafu , some how the site charged twice...
BUT then when I entered the chat & used emails to try to clear the confusions, I was attended to right away & my problems were resolved! This is very helpful and makes a he difference as a paying customer. thank you

Everything has a cost...
I like that I can reserve domains for upcoming TLDs but I do NOT like having my email sold by UnitedDomains to their partners.
EDIT: Because I cannot comment on responses, here's an edit. Do you know about email aliases? You can use "+" to signify where you used an email address. I've received spam email from the alias I setup for UD. Obviously, I do not use this alias for other accounts. Proof that my account email was sold and/or harvested.
My latest spam email (literally hours ago) is from "Fresa Technologies", advertising IT solutions.
When Cloudflare opens domain registration for all, my domains are moving there and Gandi.
