Extremely Poor Experience – No Delivery, No Response

I placed an order on September 20th and received a confirmation that it had been shipped. However, I never received the product, any tracking details, or any further updates.
I have sent multiple emails (four in total) and even tried calling the company on both numbers I could find — but received no response whatsoever. It has now been over three weeks, and I still haven’t received my order or a refund.
In one of their mass emails, they admitted to delivery issues and promised compensation, yet I have received neither the product nor the gift card they mentioned.
This has been an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. I would strongly advise others to be very cautious and avoid ordering from this store.
