Kylie was really proactive when specifying the cover we needed at renewal, so much better than just a form or invoice to renew. A time to talk properly about changes was suggested and was arranged for a time that suited me, as a volunteer. Together we sorted out what we needed to cover and what was best and most cost effective for our Scout Campsite. Great service! Thanks

Disappointed that renewal was sent out late again, same happened last year, as we need to agree this as a Trustee board and arrange payment, they should go out well in advance of the renewal date.

Records not updated for correct person to receive the information of renewal of insurance. Person who received thought it was fraudulent.
On checking it wasn’t so paid and documents came through and believe records are now updated.

Always good to have timely reminders that policy is due for renewal and polite re-reminders! Emails replied to quickly. It's good to know Unity is there for us as a Scout Group.

Unity Insurance contacted us via email in plenty of time to remind us that our Insurance Policy was due to expire. I left it a while and they sent another reminder.
I then contacted the office and spoke to a very polite member of staff who was very helpful and was able to organise the Policy for the next year.
All very painless ... apart from the part where we had to part with money!
