Very quick replies, great customer service, exactly what I want and need!

I was looking to extend our Policy to cover our fundraising event, Lynsey was very prompt in replying to my request and guided me through the Process.
Very efficient and Excellent service.

Bradley has been very efficient & helpful - much appreciated especially as time has been rather restricted.

Easy to deal with sorted over the phone removal and adding of craft, had a claim last year due to damage and was resolved easy and fast, great to work with when Scouting is done voluntarily.

Really good and bespoke service, ensuring we can feel safe that ourselves and our customers are well protected should the need arise. Lucy did a great job of covering our very demanding and complicated services and ensured continuation of cover through our renewal period. Also found a great price, much less than I was expecting! Full Marks!

The renewal of the CampSite insurance was very easy with great support from Unity and in particular their account handler Lucy Walmisley.

I contacted the person our District deal with (Kirsten Scarborough). I found her to be knowledgeable, professional and efficient. She was also very pleasant to deal with. She arranged our cover speedily and I felt assured that everything was in order.

Our customer service adviser, Natalie, is amazing. Very communicative, personable and great on email, exactly what a busy scout leader needs.

The support and help from the age t meant changing cover levels and getting a competitive quote was very good.
