Out of pocket
I was happy with the product and the prices but I ordered once but the money was taken twice. The second duplicate payment was taken then cancelled so it took 5 days to be refunded to my bank. This was €113 and I missed Direct debits due to this and was charged. I was told by UN facebook page this was my fault for ordering twice even though it was the same order number for both so if I did twice the second would be another order. I dont think I would order again as I was blamed for their error and got nothing in return for this when I had to pay failed Direct debits from my bank.
