Because of a follow up customer experience call, a service call for a minor issue was scheduled. The problem was immediately identified and corrected.

Could get very little information from either installer. One spoke no English and the other either spoke little and was hard to understand at times. One window fit right in the other is about two inches short and about 1.5 inches to narrow. The installers did a good job of making them fit and looking good. It remains to be seen how weathering will be.

From consultation to installation, it was a pleasant and easy experience! The staff was very kind and products are great!

I had Josh Walczuk as my sales rep. I initially contacted other places for quotes, for windows and decided on Universal Direct. Quite a large difference in cost and my sales rep was not only nice, he was quite knowledgeable. Everything I asked for is what I got, nothing more and nothing less.
I kind of felt bad for my installers, because whoever put up my siding obviously was clueless and went a good 6 inches over the previous windows. So these poor guys, Jake & Merrit had to come back the next day with new j channel to finish the job. Everything opens and closes with ease and they cleaned up every little thing.
Although I have nothing to compare to, since I never bought windows before, they made me feel valuable to them and walked me through, why and what they were doing. Any little question asked, they responded without attitude and utmost courtesy.

The representative(Josiah Oetjen) that came to my home was totally awesome and informative. My husband was very pleased with the information we received and getting ready to place his order.

This was my first time buying something like this for my house and I was very nervous and wanted to make sure I was getting a good product that will last, everything went great. Calling to get scheduled for a quote was fast and easy. Frank Mangano was who came over to quote me and he brought in a demo window and helped me get the right financing for me.
Then the gentleman came over to do some measurements and photos about a week later he was in and out in about 15 minutes.
The windows took about 5-6 weeks to be made and ready to go.
The installer Ryan Lilly was shockingly fast. I was told it could be up to four hours for my windows to be installed. I want to say he got both windows installed in one hour and was on his way. He was super quick but also very nice and explained my new windows to me.
I’m slowly replacing all my windows and I will definitely be using Universal again! 10/10

I called the company and setup an appointment.The day of my appointment the sales rep called to see if I was available earlier and that was great with me. He was very professional from start to end. I had made several other appointments but after hearing him and his due dilligent to have shopped other window companies it made it very easy to make my choice.
Yes I probably could have saved a little but the product sold me.
My windows actually came in early than expected and was installed 5 days later.
The day of install they showed up on time. The workers walked thru house for windows to be replaced and explained the process. They worked from start to finish. The two negative thing I had was they never went thru each window with me if their was any issues. I did have to stop and show them one damaged screen. And they never said anything about leaving windows closed for 24 hours to let things setup until I stopped them. Also they never showed me anything on the features of the windows.The windows look great and I am very happy with my choice.
I would differently recommend Universal Windows Direct.

Wonderfull service

Windows are nice, the price was great and our installer was AMAZING, but it is very irritating that windows showed up with a hard to get off sticky sticker on them, and the company says it’s up to the buyer to remove. For the money we paid it sucks to have to deal with sticker residue on our beautiful new windows. As a bust mom I haven’t had time to get the stickers off and they just look terrible. Service would be better if installers were encouraged to remove these stickers.

The consultation was great - the sales rep explained and demonstrated everything so that it was easy to understand and make a decision. Throughout the process, everything was extremely well communicated which made things very easy to be able to know what the next step was. When the windows were installed, the installers were friendly, efficient, and respectful of my time and my residence.
