Outstanding Customer Service and Professionalism from Jordan who installed the windows, to Jim who measured the windows and Kirk who sold us the windows. All around great service.

It was nice to have someone who really enjoys his job of removing/installing new windows. Jordan explained everything of how the day would go and it did. He cleaned up after each window installation and there was no trash left behind.

Rodney Tyler and Jordan were very professional. The windows were in in no time. The area was cleaned and stickers removed from the windows.

I ordered all new windows about 20, my whole house. From the beginning it was rough. Sales guys showed up and sold us windows then quit the next week. We had no salesperson the whole time, no questions were answered. They missed multiple windows and ordered multiple wrong sizes and installed multiple wrong. It was a mess from the start. It has been almost a year, and we still haven't fixed anything. I still had to pay in full before they would fix ANYTHING. I do not recommend if you are needing more than 1 or 2 windows. There are so many issues and now some do not close. FIND A DIFFERNT COMPANY.

Mike Horan and his crew were great. They went above and beyond my expectations. I was impressed with their experience and professionalism. I was kept apprised as the work was in progress. I am very pleased with their work. Thank you guys for a great job.

From beginning to end, this was the best experience.The sale person was knowledgeable and professional. He answered any question I had.. the installers were wonderful. They did a great job. They were very thorough and showed me the features of the window once installed. I couldn't be more satisfied with a service or the product.

Had my estimate done today and I can't wait. Grant made the whole thing painless. He explained everything and showed me all the choices and even got me set up with a payment plan all at the same time. Definitely nice to have someone to laugh with when making a big purchase.

We have had windows put in two different houses. They are very good quality and they have the best warranty. The salesmen are very professional and ver knowledgeable about all the products. Highly recommend this company.

Not satisfied it took too long after company received windows until installation.

The salesman Jake told us our windows would be cleaned and stickers would be taken off. He also said to use the app to see updates on when windows would be in, app never kept us updated and we told him that we would be away the week before Xmas. The windows came in, we got a call that they wanted to install them on Dec. 19 when we were gone, told if it couldn't be installed then we would have to pay a storage fee. We were never told anything like that from Jake our salesperson. I told the lady to keep the windows and then she changed the installation date. The install guys were great. They had to send a guy out 2 weeks later to clean the windows as promised to us and that was a hassle with Natasha telling us they had no one to do that then said she would get someone out in 2 weeks. Overall the windows are good the installers were the best but Salesman was a windbag and the 2 ladies I talked to were rude.

I would have given 5 stars, but the sales person that came to the house forgot his tablet and such to record all of the information needed to order the windows.
But the man that came to do a final set of measurements and processing of the order was fantastic. He called when he was 2 - 3 hours away (looking at other jobs), and still showed up 45 minutes early, yes early! Thank you to that man.
Then the fantastic installers that were just here today (1/4/2024). I was told it would be several hours for the removal of the old and instalation of the 2 large windows. It took them less than 2 hours, and what a fantastic job they did. They even went the extra mile to clean the areas they were in.
As for the quality of the windows, they fit as close to perfect as you can get. Long term, only time will tell. So far my wife and I are very pleased.

With a few hiccups in communication at the half way point of this transaction, everything from signing the contract and meeting the crew (who installed the siding on our ‘oldie but goodie’ garage) went smoothly.

After downloading the Hover app and taking pictures of the garage, Josh(Sales Rep) showed up to look over the garage and give us an estimate. I had 3 other estimates and the price point came right in the middle. The selling point for me was Josh.

It’s hard to give up 1/2 of the payment at signing and then almost another 1/2 of the payment to the warehouse before anything is even done. I was putting ALOT of faith in Universal to follow through.

Once I finally received a follow-up call from Universal, an appointment was set-up and the supplies were dropped at my house. I received a call from Eric who seemed to be the lead man with the installation. Being that it was December, weather was questionable. But he would always call and let me know what time and when they would arrive. With 4 installers and inclement weather, the job took approx 2 days.

I am very happy with the finished product. The garage is very old and lots of adjustments had to be made to make it work. I appreciate the time and explanations I received while watching. I’ve seen good and bad reviews for Universal Windows, but I would recommend them if asked. Thanks.

Installers were fast and cleaned up thoroughly. I can see no issues with installation or windows. I would definitely recommend.

We were hesitating getting windows and Universal Direct helped us decide and answered all our questions. I was able to contact them and our sales rep without any problem. The installment was made by absolute professionals who were very knowledgeable explained everything again. Also, it's reassuring to have the outstanding warranty.

Gutters were installed over a year ago. They failed and pulled away from the roof. We’ve called to get them redone several times nobody would call us back. Finally they were supposed to come today this morning between 8 and 10 AM. Never showed only to get a phone call at 3:15 today stating that there was a schedule mixup will be there tomorrow very unhappy with gutter service.

Rodney, Tyler, and Jordan did an amazing job on our install! They arrived in the time frame and got right to work. They were polite and very nice to work around my toddler and senior dog. They managed to get 2 bedroom windows, a huge picture window and a bay window replaced in 4 hours! Rodney even tightened the screws on my front door that were a little loose. The windows look great and we are so excited to no longer be leaking heat!

We love the windows. Had a glitch w one window but it was taken care of promptly. The installers were prompt and worked efficiently. Thanks Mike and Dan!
We notice a difference w retaining heat better!
