I asked about one of their functions, and their answer was transparent and fair, which I usually don't expect with such companies. I say this because that answer is generally perceived negative and maybe they thought I too would react negatively, but I didn't react in a negative manner at all. Props to Unstoppable Domains!

P.S.: The 1 star reviews are clearly from the ENS community. It's ok if they have complaints, but I doubt there are that many that deserve one star. It seems too emotionally charged for me.

It's a gamble at this point. Will crypto become proper mainstream? If so, will ud become mainstream? If yes, then those who spend a few dollars on a unstoppable domain name might be in the money. But today, it's pretty close to useless. No mainstream wallets support it. No mainstream browser support it. So. It's a gamble with a pretty low probability for success. But. You never know? And it's this FOMO that ud gets it's value from at the moment.

The web3 domain name I acquired through U.d. is mine for life! And it is part of the new and exciting Web3 format. Where all Our lives will play out as crypto and more infrastructure is built out. U.d. was very helpful and patient answering all my questions. And even offered advice when i asked for it.

A Monkey Business - The Most Incompetent Web3 Domain Provider

I've entrusted a number of Web3 domains to this provider, being among the earliest adopters of their services. Initially, their support was satisfactory, offering telephone and chat assistance. However, they downgraded to chat-only support, which was acceptable at the time. Subsequently, they shifted to email support, which, while not ideal, was tolerable due to their responsiveness.

Unfortunately, their support has now deteriorated to the point of non-responsiveness. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via email, I've received no reply. Even reaching out to them on Twitter X about login issues yielded a sluggish and utterly unhelpful response after days of waiting, merely instructing me to reset my password, which proved futile. It's abundantly clear that they've abandoned any semblance of customer service.

Having observed their exponential growth in selling millions of Web3 domains, it appears they are neglecting their obligations and effectively scamming customers by denying access to their accounts. Without a doubt, Unstoppable Domains has emerged as the epitome of incompetence among the Web3 domain providers I've encountered.

Avoid this provider at all costs if you wish to avoid nothing but headaches. They are a complete disgrace to the entire crypto industry, showing no regard for supporting their existing customers.

Unstoppable domains got me for $5,000 by selling me a heavily defended trademarked name that they had no right to sell yet they had it listed under their "premium domains" section- I didn't even search for it!
I had been a long time supporter and promoter of those criminals and own 330 domains so you would think there would be some customer loyalty especially as I've spent THOUSANDS of dollars with them but not at all.

Recently I have had some health issues so was trying to sell a few off to help cover some bills. I listed a few at rotd.com for their current auction when I was informed that they were pulling my Realtor.crypto domain off for being a heavily defended trademark.

I brought the issue up with Unstoppable and asked how they were going to fix this and their response was "There are other places you can sell it, good luck with your domain sale."

Basically telling me to go commit a felony like they had done by trying to sell it somewhere else and to almost guaranteed be sued by the trademark owner.

I will NEVER deal with these scammers again and would advise anyone who does to be extremely careful themselves. In my opinion they are nothing but a completely fraudulent company that is only out for their own financial gain without any regard to who gets hurt by their lack of morals and ethics.

The support was quick and they were able to answer all my questions. Can't wait to see where this company goes.

Hands down one of the worst companies I’ve seen in the web3 space. Cyber bullies giving decentralization and crypto a bad name. Stay away!

Web 3 is about ownership and UD knows it.
Not only that but they also offer great TLDs, great tech and great team.

They are continuously adding new partners, better utility for web3 domains & giving it practical, immediate use NOW. Not in 5 years or 10. Now. Their interface is simple to use. They reward early investors. It has truly been the best investment for me.

Not sure about this product. They strong on the tech part, but I don't know if we can figure out some good features.

ALL MY EXPERIENCES SO FAR HAVE BEEN GOOD WITH THIS COMPANY. Great responses from customer services and have had a few free credits because I have purchased lots of domains from them. $200 was the last credit so I purchased some more which I am now selling on Opensea.
