Purchased the Soho cocoa brown dress sneaker, and it's everything I was hoping for. Fit, style, and craftsmanship are impeccable. When I had questions about my order the customer service and responses were excellent. Quality products, good servcie!

Don't normally use my time to make reviews, and very dubious of what I read on the net as a rule.. but this is a 100% genuine review from repeat customer for these amazing shoes...

So some time ago, an advert pinged up on my feed (like I get regularly - I guess based on my searches etc)

The trainers looked amazing in the ad (but many do) and ticked most of my boxes (again, many do)..
I like simple but quality.
"handmade in italy". tick
"quality calf skin". tick
"simple and understated". tick

I am not scared to spend a little extra for shoes, but they were little pricey for a trainer but I have spent similar and more on well known designer branded trainers and been disappointed.
But, anyways decided ill give them a try..

WOW.. first pair were just perfect - proper made, and still wear them 2 years later. I just give them a light clean and a lick of wax every few months but it is like wearing your favourite pair of slippers..

I looked a few months ago to get a new pair but they didn't have that style anymore. I was gutted to say the least. I kept going back to check but never had anything I liked on the website.
Then, I saw the "coming soon" for a pair similar but not the same.. waited with baited breath then they were there!!! snagged a pair in my size (last pair left).

Arrived yesterday - and can only say that I am over the moon.
They came with an extra pair of laces, so I decided to take some good quality leather furniture wax, polish up the old ones and put the new laces in... came up almost new - no kidding!!

They are like brothers, one a little more mature than the other.

I recently purchased sneakers and shoes from this brand. Despite its recent arrival on the market, it has demonstrated great responsiveness and fast, hassle-free delivery. The quality and design are impeccable. I highly recommend it. Thank you!

I ordered over time 5 pairs of shoes to germany. Not everything is perfect that you get from there - here are my experiences.

If you send the shoes back (even from germany) there is no additional fees. I did that one time - everything smooth and without complication.

One pair of shoes hat some issue that I didn't was aware from the beginning. I just realized some optical problem and made some pics. They send me another pair of this type without discussion - just because of the photoes after nearly a year.

And my last problem was a squeaking shoe. They didn't offer just 10% or 20 Euros - no, they offered 40% refund. That's a word with shoes for over 300 Euros, so I kept them.

So from my side I had some quality issues and would rate them 4 stars. But the customer service is fast, uncomplicated and makes some real offers when something is not right. So I think, we all make mistakes but the important thing is, that I as customer want to be happy at the end. Because that's the case I rate them 5 stars.

Great experience with Untamed Street - I was able to purchase a pair of sneakers not currently in production due to the spring season line being made. Staff were willing to make them as a 'one off' which were delivered within a couple of weeks. Staff were so courteous and friendly in all communications. I would definitely purchase another product from them.

I had an issue with one of my new high sneakers. I won’t go into detail but let’s just say that customer service was absolutely phenomenal. Too many companies don’t care about their customers when there is an issue. I’m happy to say Marco and Untamed Street really took care of things. Big thank you to the team . Fantastic customer service and I look forward to shopping with you every year as always .

Not only are the shoes great, but their customer service (CS) is phenomenal! The sole of my boots began to split after 1.5 years of use. I didn’t think this should be happening this soon to boots of this quality. I sent a pic to CS and they agreed. Very unusual! CS immediately offered to repair at no-charge! My boots returned to me looking brand new! I had to locate a scuff mark I remembered to determine they were mine - they looked that good! Now I need a black pair!

I now own half a dozen pair of Untamed Street shoes. i am really into high-end Italian and Spanish footwear and these are the best in my collection. I had a minor issue with the last pair I bought and when I pointed it out to the support people with a photo, before I could finish my sentence they insisted on sending me a new pair. This company is a class act, its product and its service. So buy these shoes.

Abbi @ Untamed Street was fabulous. Nothing was too much bother. Ordered a pair of Avery boots, exceptional quality, I have never had better customer service. 100% recommend quality, styling and customer service.

In love. So glad I splashed out & got a pair of the terra-brown Berkeleys. I know these will last forever. They are crafted beautifully. First wear was on a 10 hour shift & they were very comfortable. Sizing spot on, my usual EU 39/UK 6 fits perfect.
