Ordered a green pair of trousers , in good faith trying to return them , they are not really interested I beleive the trousers were over £45 & they have offered 8 in return . The trousers are miles too big for me so cannot use them . This is an insult . I have never been treated this way as a customer. This is not the way to keep customers

I always receive what I ordered. You have reached to me before you send an item that may not be what I ordered. You also give a chance to comment on an item. Your delivery service is fine but I wish I could receive items faster. You always tell me about how many days it will take to receive an item.
I love the variety of items that you sell. There always something for ALL ages.

I ordered a beautiful print sleeveless ankle length cover/kaftan off this website. It looked elegant and substantial. What I got was a cheap, flimsy, garment that is see through and nowhere near what was advertised on the website for $89 plus shipping and handling. What a friggin ripoff. I am angry, disappointed and will not order anything from this so called clothing website.

Ease of scrolling items. Beautiful selections offered,in various sizes. Reasonable shipping time.

I would NOT use this site for clothing purchases! The clothes are ill fitting, NOT true to size, and cheap! I ordered a size large in 4 different outfits. Some were too small, some were too tight, and some were too large and baggy. There is no consistency in sizes. Most of all, what you see on the website is nothing like you receive. The most beautiful white dress turned out to be a dress I couldn't get past my shoulders b/c there was no zipper! The RETURNS SUCK! You have to.pay to return the items to China with a prohibitive shipping cost. Don't do it!!!

I ordered pants & matching shirt. The quality was terrible! And looked nothing like the advertised representation of the set online. I returned the items exactly as the website stated in their instructions. I paid $95 for the set and $35 to return the clothes and they will not issue my refund. What an absolute JOKE. If I could rate a zero I would. This is not the way to treat paying customers! What ashame!

This is my very first order through this site, and I am totally and completely satisfied! I love these clothes!! I love the fit!!! I love the price!!! I am so delighted in your clothing! It is absolutely gorgeous.

Im only given 1 star because I can’t add a minus one.
So for 3 months I have been back and forth with this company for a refund for an item I have not received. They are offering less than what I paid and then sent me some terms and conditions which are a load of rubbish and does not say anywhere they limit a refund. The customer service is rubbish. I have gone to a solicitor and trading standards who deal with foreign company’s for principle. The solicitors will claim all the costs back and more. They are a joke. Please don’t buy from these people. They are robbers without masks. I wish I had looked at trust pilot reviews before I purchased. Order things with extreme care and caution.

The clothing received does not match the indicated sizing — the top is much too large, while the bottom is extremely small. In addition, the seller initially stated that for a small fee they could replace the items, but this later turned into a much higher amount. As for the refund, they first suggested 15%, then mentioned $55, but did not honor the agreement and instead issued it as store credit. Don’t buy from them.

The quality and fit of the clothes are both excellent. The package arrived within 10 days of placing the order.

I am always pleased with orders from Uoozee. The designs of your pieces are elegant and appealing. I receive many compliments when I wear Uoozee fashions.
Also, I was pleased to find some Uoozee items on Amazon! I am a prime member and to know that I can get your apparel at the last minute when I am in a pinch, is very comforting!

Ordered a necklace set. Contacted them for an update on delivery. Received an update straight away goods arrived two days later. Delivery company kept me informed and delivered on time by a very polite delivery driver x Necklace was perfect exactly what I ordered.

Very professional communication and attitude to please the customer. Never had a problem with their service 😁. They always try to accommodate and make their customers feel as if they matter. And that matters to most people

They delivered wrong dress, not the one I have ordered, but something similar. I have found that on their web, but one one the photo doesn not match to the one I got. On thr photo it looks far more elegant and the materials are nice. I got some sintetic something with printed circuls which I would not have ordere ever.
Terrible experience, I will never order anything on this site.
