I got some of my favourite Dr Hauschka skincare products. However I'm a bit disappointed you don't stock RMS products, e.g. my favourite RMS mascara and serum lipstick

Poor customer service
I paid for guaranteed delivery the next day as I needed the item for a trip. It didn't arrive. A few days later I wrote to ask what was happening. I was told the post office had lost the parcel and they sent me a replacement that arrived the next day. After a further letter from me asking how they planned to compensate me they refunded the £3.50 extra charge for next day delivery. I wrote back to say this did not adress the inconvenience of not receiving the item in time for my trip which is why I ordered from them in the first place. They wrote back and basically said hard luck, things go wrong; the message was rude and exhibited very poor customer service. I will not use them again

Like that the products are mainly organic
Confirmation of order with tracking number. However no tracking info received from royal mail or available when I queried it? Would be useful on confirmation of order if you stated may take up to 7 days for delivery, save me hassling you. Happy with the products but wish you woul display the barcode beside the product. I have an app where I can see the ingredients by scanning the barcode. As I am Extremely sensitive to certain ingredients it would save me purchasing where not appropriate for me, they just end up in the bin which is a shame.
