I ordered 5 of these Upairy undies in preparation for my toddlers toilet training. Unfortunately, the product does not hold up to what has been advertised as they leak. Complete waste of money and as already mentioned by several other reviewers, the additional "absorbent pads" you can insert are humongous and will not fit comfortably into their little training undies.

TBF I am giving this company 3 stars simply bc we have yet to receive the undies. Order placed Oct 6; Order processed Oct 8; Left facility Oct 11; Been in transit ever since. I reached out to the company twice by website's Contact Form (only means available). No one has responded to date. UNSATISFACTORY

I will update my review when (if) items do ship and based on how well they actually work.

I ordered 5 pairs based on the measurements and weight range provided, but unfortunately, the original order never arrived after a month!!. The seller mentioned they would send a replacement, but after 8 days nothing showed up. I reached out again for a refund, and once again, no response.

After 10 days the replacement arrived, but now it was too little for my toddler, I wanted to return the product they never rpelied. Very disappointing experience so far.

They did not fit my toddler and were far too tight. I contacted the seller to request a refund. I haven’t received any response yet.

I ordered 5 pairs based on the measurements and weight range mentioned on the product, it doesn’t fit my toddler and is way too tight. Since my order is within 75 days period in accordance with their refund policy, I have written to them and requested one. Still haven’t heard from them. I will update review once/if I get a response.

Not absorbent what so ever. And the extra absorbent "pads" are bigger than a swiffer mop head. CRAZY 😂 definitely a waste of money.

I’ve passed a couple of pairs down to my niece, and they’re still going strong. Hand-me-down durability is real with these. It feels good knowing they’ll last through multiple kids.

Wish I never ordered them. I’ve been chatting with the customer service team as they haven’t arrived. I’ve been told that with all shipments they are often delays but I ordered them 16 days ago now and still Evri said it’s not arrived within them. It says dispatched within 2 days… well obviously not because the delivery guys at Evri still don’t have it. Delivery is 5-8 days which I don’t remember seeing online when ordered them. Even so, customer service quoting this back at me isn’t helpful when we are way over that anyway.

Potty training is hard enough without the added stress of waiting weeks for something that may not even work. Avoid. Not worth the stress.

I’m not someone who typically writes reviews but im so disappointed at how falsely advertised these pants are!

I followed the instructions and within the first 20 mins my daughter has soaked through her trousers and the sofa even after though the website claims this would not happen!

I have emailed regarding a refund, let’s see how long this will take. So disappointed as they are made to seem to great

Awful product that doesn't work even close to how it was advertised. Not even remotely leak-proof. I followed directions to a T and reached out for support via customer service. They offered for me to try inserts which were packaged poorly and were delivered with all product missing - replaced - (took 12 days each shipment to arrive) and we took a couple of weeks to try everything out. Still awful. Very VERY bulky and uncomfortable. Reached out 2 days past my initial 75 days from order for the warranty asking for a little grace since I wanted to sufficiently try out the inserts and they said there was nothing they could do.
Not worth the money. Normal "training" underwear from the store would have worked the same.

Pants too tight, so they sent me out padded liners!! made no sense.
The liners were massive and too big for the pants.
Asked for a refund, was told 10 working days. Still no refund. I have chased. Still no refund.

What a waste of money - can’t believe I fell for it, another online piece of rubbish. Not leak proof in the slightest. Toddler has soaked through every pair. I’ve also found the smell of urine has stayed on some of the pants despite being washed twice so have had to throw them away.

I have a 3 year old and he is 40 lbs. I ordered the large and found them to be way too big. Customer service made an easy and painless exchange. They were quick, helpful and efficient. The undies seem to be good quality!

Absolute waste of money. After waiting nearly 2 weeks for them to arrive, first use completely soaked through. Might as well use normal pants.

Not at all leakproof!
Such a shame because the designs are cute but these are not leakproof as advertised. Save your money, you’re better off just using a regular pull up nappy.

Don’t believe a word they say! In order pants and extra absorbent pads for my child. It’s impossible to use the extra absorbent pads as they are sooo bulky they don’t fit in the pants and clothing, they are of poor quality and no consideration to design/body contours have been given.
The pants do leak, they only catch minimal leaking and the colours wash out in one wash.
I asked for a partial refund and they palmed me off time and time again saying they had done it but actually haven’t. Now I’ve had to raise a dispute via the bank.
Very unhappy and unimpressed!!!

The items are leak proof. Unfortunately they are so absorbent that my child still assumes he has a nappy on and is not bothered by the wee at all.

The items I ordered were not delivered. Inspite of mailing and messaging them no one contacted me and helped me. Don’t order please else you will loose your money too

I oedered in May and today is 6/9/25 and have not received any of my $60ish order. Reached out to them and they finally got back with me.... I asked for a refund...we will see how this goes.

I ordered nearly $65 dollars worth of items from upairy on 6/21. I still have yet to receive any of my items. I continue to contact customer support and they are unable to tell me where my items are only that “they are coming and sorry it’s taking so long.” At this point I am so very sorry I ever ordered from this company. I’ve asked for a refund 3 different times now from 3 different customer service representatives and each time they do not acknowledge that part of my comment at all and just say “thank you for your patience, we promise it’s on the way.” I’ve now been potty training my child for almost 3 weeks waiting on these items. Do yourself a favor and do not order from this company. Try Amazon or literally any other company where you actually will receive your items. The tracking they give you doesn’t tell you the location at all it just says things like “at the next facility.” At this point I think I have 100% been scammed. I also find it interesting there are no bad reviews on their direct website. Had I realized this before purchasing I would have been more cautious. There was no way for me to write a direct review on their website which I find very interesting. Save yourself the time and trouble.

They looked promising when we received the pants. We followed the instructions and washed the pants before use 2 times. We were lucky we had a pad under our toddlers, the pants leaked big time at the first wee. Have requested a refund, i am not holding my breath.
