Love this company. Great products and great service

Communication and customer service of this company is exceptional.
I ordered the sample sachets with a £20 gift voucher.
I eventually decided to spend the voucher on the night cream which I found to be very light and creamy. I also ordered the SPF25 sun cream and facial scrub.
My next order will be for the hair shampoo!

I had to contact Upcircle as my voucher was not input correctly first time (my fault) they more or less answered my email immediately with instructions on how to input the voucher correctly. Excellent service!

This product did nothing for my skin. I was sucked in by the marketing!

I purchased just a trial of the products. Too greasy for me and I didn’t like the smell.
Maybe it works for some but not for me

Really great eye cream. Plenty of it in a good sized pot. I like the fact it does not sting my eyes. I apply a bit on eyelids too. New to product, but eye area seems smoother. 58 year old woman with sentitive skin.

I’m loving trying my new UpCircle products, I bought a collection as well as the SPF and night cream. Slight problem with one of the products and customer services were fantastic and replaced within days. So far so good. I would totally recommend this company and their products. I see they have some new products being launched soon, excited to see what they will be!!

At 60 years old I have finally discovered skin care products that I really really love .
The eye cream, peptide serum and face moisturiser reduce my dark under-eye circles and make my (quite sensitive) skin look and feel better than it has done in a long time. The products all smell wonderful, which makes me feel good every time I use them, and I love the up cycling and sustainable ethos of this company.
When I have had need to get in touch with them, the customer service has been outstanding.

I’m really enjoying using up circle. I like everything about it. The gentle smells and the feel of all the products on my skin. I do think it’s helped with the pigmentation or age spots whichever they are. I’m especially enjoying the eye cream and that lovely roller it feels so good around your eye. I have serum, eye cream , moisturising cream, night cream and the face lovely oil. Carole 81 years old

Quick delivery, effective products, my only issue is I wish the shampoo and conditioner had a dispensing option. The lids are a bit fiddly with wet hands! Will still be ordering though as using these has made a real difference to me.

I wanted to try the eye cream but it was not in stock in Holland and Barrett. I then saw the upcircle samples for sale. I was so glad I tried them as I now use most of the products. Getting a voucher towards them was great and I bought them when the offer was on so I got a good deal. I wish other companies would do samples to help try before buying the full sizes. I would recommend trying this way as I can see and feel the difference on my skin.

I stated off with the eye cream. Over the last couple of weeks, I have completely overhauled my skincare. Everything is now Upcircle. Eye cream, moisturiser, night cream, serum, hand cream, shampoo and conditioner. I absolutely love all of it. I wish I had taken before and after photos so it’s hard to tell if there’s any difference?
But, meeting with different friends recently, so many have said how well I look. Maybe it’s the new skin regime?

It is a really good eye cream I love the eye roller really does make my eyes feel less puffy after use, cream goes on easlly and blends in well

I took advantage of the samples when buying a £20 gift card. There is so much hype for products and I've wasted too much money on products that just haven't worked. I have been unwell and my skin was paying the price. This purchase was so worthwhile. My skin is plumped and glowing. It hasn't looked so good for years. I have no hesitation in recommending upcircle. It is an advised purchase, but is seriously worth the money.

Terrible customer service. Ordered the wrong item. Notified them straight away and they still told me they had to despatch it as it was too late to cancel (it was within 30 minutes of placing the order) and I could return it without issue I just had to email them if that’s what I still wanted to do when it arrived. They were so inflexible and unwilling to just cancel the order I’d made it clear I never wanted it. So it due arrives. I’m then told I have to print off their paper returns form and they prefer it returned tracked. I had to hand wrote the returns info as I didn’t have a printer and refused to pay more to return it than it did for delivery. Returns they say take 10 working days to process. I’m still waiting for them to return my money. Save yourself the money and the headache, shop elsewhere.

Absolutely great custom service and wonderful products which my wife loves. Definitely a must to try.
