Started with the deodorant, which impressed me, then have slowly added products as needed. Really love the serum and moisturiser - skin genuinely feels better than when I’ve used well known repair/protect products. Love that there’s no harmful ingredients and even better that others are up-circled. Communication and delivery is spot on.

Samples do not match products.
Tried their samples (£20 with £20 voucher). Liked the eye cream. Ordered it. The one I ordered (the only one on their website) contained Aloe Vera - to which I am allergic. The free sample did not. I feel it is dishonest and irresponsible to send free samples that do not match their products.
Also their returns policy requires you to pay postage, so I am out of pocket.

Love this eye cream, luxurious and very moisturising. I've not used it long enough to comment on longer term effects but I love what it does already, I recommend it!

I ordered the Face Scrub with Coffee + Rosehip Oil and wow I am OBSESSED! Firstly, it smells amazing and I don’t even like coffee 🤣 and my skin is the most hydrated it has been in months! I suffer with really dry skin and this has helped massively! I will definitely be repurchasing and I’m actually considering ordering more of the products from the website!

I am pleased with UpCircle as it is very refreshing on my skin and it feels soft and comfortable. It’s not greasy and moisturises to a good level. I don’t need to use a lot as it is very effective and seems to heal any minor spot or blemish too. Efficient personal service.

First time using UpCircle and ordered Sun eve last week and still not shipped. Emailed them on Tuesday and representative was nice and said should be dispatched following day, but nothing.

Defo regretting my decision to buy from them.

Nice products, quick postage and free samples included. Their perfume is lovely and have now ordered some too.
I like their whole ethos around being sustainable and vegan. Packaging is nice too.

I’ve been using the UpCircle Eye Cream for many years and it’s become a staple in my skincare routine. More recently, I’ve started using the Night Cream, Milk Face Cleanser, Powder-to-Foam Face Wash, Shampoo, and Conditioner, and I love them all. The quality of the products is outstanding, and I really admire the brand’s commitment to sustainability through the use of upcycled ingredients. Their customer service is also exceptional. A fantastic company that truly delivers on its values.

The serum is nice but I haven’t seen any reduction on pigment areas and the eye cream has not worked to reduce dark eyes. In fact I feel it’s made them look more tired. Really disappointing

Love UpCircle products and their Customer Service is also second to none. I am a particular fan of their sunscreen and their facial moisturiser: both are products I buy on repeat and use daily. The face oil is also lovely, but my skin is on the sensitive side so I don’t always tolerate the caffeine in the oil (but I still use it occasionally ‘cause it feels so nice!).

I am always made to feel like an individual and the support I’ve received is completely tailored to my needs and nothing is too much trouble…..in choosing the right products to suit my skin which are simply AMAZING❣️

Great products. I’m loving the eye cream and night cream! I use the eye cream with the roller and it has made such a difference to dark shadows and fine lines. The night cream feels lovely on my skin, it absorbs quickly and feels firming without drying. Definitely my go to products!

Incredible customer service! I have a subscription and noticed that these were being discounted in the sale. I asked how I could access this discount and as a good will gesture I was credited the difference. That doesn't happen too often. I also absolutely love their face oil. Don't want to use anything else.

I love upcircle products. I use the face moisturiser and night cream. The company really seems to care about their customers as well as their products. I love how I can reply directly to any emails (marketing or otherwise). Someone always comes back to me and the whole company feels optimistic and joyful. I must confess that I had a reaction to either the eye cream or the peptide serum and so had to stop using them. I might start to reintroduce them to my routine because I just love the other products that I use. How great is it to celebrate a UK company run by lovely young people who are passionate about everything they do? If you’re thinking of trying out their skincare, just do it. Sensibly priced, kind to planet and people. Love it ❤️⭐️

I love the UpCircle eye cream have been using it for the past 5 to 6 months and I absolutely love it!!! Now im converting over to other UpCircle products!!!
