This is the first time I have ever tried Upcircle products as a new customer, and without a doubt or any hesitation, I'm a very satisfied customer too.
My skin has never felt so good and looks more radiant, fresher and smooth.
Ive had loads of compliments from family and friends and would recommend anyone to even give their products a try.
I also love the fact they give out some samples for free,so you can try them out before purchasing.

Love upcircle's new powder to foam cleanser, I have the cleansing balm and cleansing milk which I alternate between but have to say loving the feel of my skin after powder to foam cleanser.

I ordered from this company two times, the shipping was fast, products are great. I will order again and l will recomand them to my friends.

I absolutely love all their products. BUT please change the scent of the hair conditioner creme back to the original. I get some customers found the old style product less conditioning and the new one is certainly more effective at detangling. I will need to use less and no hair serum now or my hair will flop. However the new scent it awful and clashes completely with the shampoo. Not nice at all. I am not alone looking at other recent reviews. Please make it smell nicer or offer a choice of old and new formula. I'll stick with the shampoo but the new conditioner is a no from me

I have been using UpCircle Skincare for seven years, and it is the only brand that consistently calms my sensitive, reactive skin. Finding products that do not cause redness or perioral dermatitis flare ups, used to be a challenge, but UpCircle completely transformed my skin barrier.
Over nearly a decade, I have tried several of their products, but two stand out as my absolute favorites:
The Cleansing Balm: It melts away makeup and dirt effortlessly without stripping my skin or leaving it feeling tight and irritated.
The Face Oil: This is pure luxury in a bottle. It sinks in beautifully, delivers deep hydration, and leaves me with a healthy glow without any greasy residue.
I rate this brand incredibly highly. If you have fickle, easily irritated skin and want sustainable products that actually deliver on their promises, look no further!

Ordered something on the 10th of May and it's still not dispatched 9 days later! Customer service literally are shrugging their shoulders. This isn't acceptable. You can't take people's money then just not send the item!

UPDATE - July 30th - I STILL DONT HAVE THIS ITEM. They have taken my money and just sent sending me what I paid for even though its back in stock!

My skin is super sensitive and the moisturiser and eye cream were soothing and my skin felt lovely after using the products. I had an issue with delivery and the customer services team responded and sorted out the issue very quickly so a big shout out and thank you to the team!

I’ve placed an order for the travel size moisturiser and the shampoo which sounds amazing!

I purchased Peptide Serum with Custard Apple + Blood Orange × 1 in April and I can honestly say I absolutely love this product and have recommended it to all my friends..
I have also used their shampoo cream and the conditioner and love these as well. So easy to use their Oder site and extremely quick delivery 🥰

As a mature lady, I started using up circle products just over 2 months ago. Unfortunately I didn't take a before photo of myself but I am now beginning to notice age spots fading (not disappearing) along with fine lines. I love the products and so does my skin. I would encourage anyone to give these products a try as they do bring positive results.

Fantastic products, the absolute best sustainable skincare brand out there and excellent customer service.

I would have given them 5 stars if it hadn't been for the fact that their default courier is Evri, who are awful. Evri managed to take two weeks to deliver the first Upcircle product I ordered (despite Upcircle's website stating it would take 2-4 business days) and then completely lost the second product I ordered, which wreaked havoc on my skin because I'd run out of non-comodegenic sun cream in the meantime and my backup sun cream caused a bad acne breakout. But I know that was all Evri's fault because when I emailed Upcircle to complain and request they resend the product with a different courier, they replied within a couple of hours with a very courteous, apologetic email and sent a replacement product via Royal Mail with priority delivery (at no extra cost to me) and set my account so that all future deliveries will come via Royal Mail. The product then arrived promptly within a couple of days, as promised. If you order from them, either email them specially to ask if they can use Royal Mail (it wasn't an option when selecting delivery mode on the website) or make sure you order the products at least two weeks in advance of the time you need them, just in case Evri mess it up!

Having said all that, Upcircle's products are so wonderful they are well worth the advance planning. I spent many hours researching genuinely sustainable skincare that's good for acne-prone skin, works and is not too harsh, and their Night Cream with pro-retinol and mineral sun cream work together beautifully on my skin. Everyone's skin is different, but I can only speak to my experience. The pro-retinol took a few weeks to make a difference and there was a week or so when I had a bit of purging with more spots and rough, slightly sensitive, redder skin, about 5 weeks in, but honestly, I think this was more due to having to use comedogenic sun cream than the pro-retinol and it got better once I switched from applying it nightly to twice a week. Almost as soon as I switched to using their mineral sun cream, I noticed my skin started looking and feeling MUCH better and just a week later, my skin feels silky soft and almost completely cleared of spots. I noticed the one spot I have had in the past couple of weeks didn't stick around or get red and angry-looking. Haven't had any signs of sunburn either with the sun cream, despite concerns over it being only SPF factor 25. Admittedly, Scotland in late Spring isn't too risky for sun burn, but there have been some sunny days and my skin has felt fine. Love the non-oily texture of the sun cream as well, it just sinks into my skin and only leaves the tiniest bit of whitecast on my face IF I have dry skin and haven't moisturised beforehand. Otherwise, no white cast at all. Compared to the next best option I could find with higher SPF, Green People, Upcircle's sun cream is a much gentler, creamier texture (but not oily), doesn't bobble and absorbs quicker, so less likely to get on your clothes. Finally, up cycling food waste for its natural and powerful skincare benefits? Sustainable GENIUS!! Also, while they can be expensive, they're much more reasonable prices than many of their competitors with half the sustainability credentials and their products really do last a long time - I've been using the night cream for two months now and am still nowhere close to running out, even using it 6 nights a week some weeks. LOVE this brand. Would strongly recommend if you're looking for an eco-friendly skincare brand that actually does what it says on the tin, uses natural products that actually work! Especially if you're acne-prone with combination skin as a legacy of harsh Roacccutane meds like me.

These are gorgeous products. I used them a few years ago, tried some alternatives, but well and truly back as a customer. Nothing beats the quality and love the ethics behind the company.

Only just started using these products to be fair but early indications are that I will switch to these products as I run out of others and test all UpCircle has to offer. Love the textures and smells of the creams and the company are small and so passionate about their products, it's a pleasure to support them. Long may their products be available to all wanting to 'up CYCLE' their routine with UpCicle!

Great products that really suit my skin. The eye cream and roller used to apply it is especially worth trying. Also loving their serum, moisturiser & face oil. Can't wait to try the new cleanser. My skin feels softer & brighter.

The face oil and the day/night creams are gorgeous. My face doesn’t feel greasy after use - just ‘cared for’. It doesn’t sit on my face, it feels like it really is nourishing it. I will definitely be ordering more as and when these run out!!

I am nearly 60 i do believe the serum has made my face look and feel different there are loads of other stuff I have the eye ointment and face ointment will try more soon just started

Easy to use website. Bought the SPF cream. It is easy to use . Also bought the eye cream, that gets rid of the bags very well , love the smell of the creams , and that it is using waste goods

I recently purchased the caffeinated due which included eye cream and face oil, I had an issue with the courier delivering my parcel somewhere that wasn't me. I contacted customer services who had the items re-sent out to me straight away which I received within a couple of days.
Both the eye cream and face oil make my face feel and look so much smoother and brighter, my mum ordered some after I told her how good it was and she is as impressed as I am.
