Professional and friendly
They were so helpful and they went above and beyond to help me I suffer from a disability so I am wheelchair bound and they were so understanding and kind. I've Never seen my kitchen and bathroom looking so clean. They even managed to get a stain from my wheelchair out of the carpet

Disappointing
Unfortunately we had to have our flat cleaned by another company after Upclean did not do a sufficient job. The agency that conducted our move out inspection concluded that we had not cleaned the flat, subsequently we had to pay for another cleaning company to come in and clean the flat.
We were sad to hear of a poor interaction between Upclean and our property caretaker.
Based on this experience and the lack of communication after the process was concluded, we would not recommend Upclean.

UPCLEAN exceeds expectations

Our usual cleaning lady is away and replacing her Zak is a wonderful find. On time, precise, careful, leaves the house just the way you would like it. Thank you Zak! And thank you Upclean for organising everything so smoothly.
