Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. We booked a deep clean, while they cleaned the extractor hood it fell onto the hob, damaging both!!! but They refused to cover the wall repair required before the extractor could be safely reinstalled. They even refused to refund the extractor cleaning charge, despite leaving it detached and unusable.
Accidents can happen, but the way they handled the aftermath was very disappointing. We would not use them again.

We must respectfully disagree with your account of the incident and the suggestion that Tenancy.Cleaning should be held responsible for the cost of repairing the wall.
Our investigation, supported by the visual evidence already shared with you, established that the extractor hood fell due to the condition of its pre-existing installation. The wall contained approximately 20 holes, whereas only 4 were required for the extractor hood's installation. This raises serious concerns about the adequacy of the original fixing arrangement and demonstrates why we cannot reasonably accept responsibility for the wall repairs.
Nevertheless, despite the circumstances surrounding the incident, we have already refunded the cost of repairing the hob and reinstalling the extractor hood. We consider this a reasonable resolution of those specific issues.
However, we will not be providing any further refund or compensation towards the wall repairs, as the evidence does not establish that the wall damage or the underlying installation defects were caused by our cleaning team. We have shared the relevant visual evidence with you to support our position.
We understand that you are disappointed with the experience. However, we must distinguish between the damage for which we have agreed to provide compensation and the additional costs for which we do not accept liability.
Our position regarding the wall repair costs therefore remains unchanged.

I would definitely not recommend using this company
I booked weeks in advance an end of tenancy clean for an unfurnished one bedroom flat with no carpet.
When I received the end of tenancy report from the estate agent a week later, I was told that I would get charged for another end of tenancy clean as the flat was not cleaned properly:
-Ceiling lights dusty
-Sockets dusty
-Skirting boards dusty
-Didn't clean between wall and appliances
-limescale by kitchen sink
-Drip marks on even door
-Burnt on grease inside oven
-Kitchen extraction fan left sticky
-Bathroom extraction fan very dusty
-Limescale in bathroom sink
I have logged in a complaint. It says on the website that you have 7 days after the clean to sent any complaint. This was Impossible to do as I got the informations from the agency over week later. I asked the agency if myself or the cleaning company could go back to clean what was missed but the new tenants were about to move in.
As it stands I am still waiting to hear back from the cleaning company. It's been over 72 hours since I filled in the complaint form.

We appreciate that receiving feedback more than a week after the clean can make it difficult to arrange a return visit before new tenants move in. However, our 7-day re-clean guarantee requires complaints to be raised within seven days of the service, and your complaint was submitted on 14 October, after the guarantee period had expired on 9 October.
We would always prefer the opportunity to address any reported cleaning issues ourselves. As you have indicated that a re-clean is no longer possible and have requested reimbursement based on a third-party quotation, we’re unfortunately unable to cover these costs or offer compensation in this case.
We regret that we could not reach a more satisfactory outcome and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

Disastrous service – completely failed inspection and cost me £444!
I hired this company for a full end-of-tenancy clean, and their work was an absolute joke. My letting agency failed the property so badly that they actually thought the flat hadn't been cleaned at all, stating it wasn't even up to a basic domestic standard.
The agency's checkout report highlighted horrific misses across every single room, including:
• Bathrooms: Heavily stained toilets, heavy limescale on the kitchen sink/shower glass, and thick dust on all mirrors and vent caps.
• Kitchen: Heavy grease build-up left on the hob, a dirty washing machine seal full of hair/confetti, and thick soap build-up in the drawer.
• General Areas: All skirting boards were left thick with dust, floors were uncleaned, heavy dirt marks were left on the balcony glass, and trash/debris (including broken balloon pieces) was left completely untouched under the beds.
Because their initial work was so incredibly substandard, the agency flatly refused to let them back into the property to fix it. The agency had to hire their own contractors, and I am now stuck with a £444 penalty charge for a full re-clean. I made a complain and all they could do was a refund of 10% only.
If you are a tenant trying to get your deposit back, do not trust this company. They will take your money, leave the place filthy, and cost you hundreds of pounds in landlord penalties. Absolute scam of a service.

The property was in a particularly poor condition, and our cleaning team did their best to accommodate the service under the circumstances. You raised your complaint at approximately 8 pm on the 25th, and by 2 pm the following day, we had offered a free-of-charge re-clean to address the areas of concern you had raised.
We responded promptly to your complaint and provided an opportunity to resolve the matter. However, you declined our offer, explaining that your letting agency had already arranged for another cleaning company to attend the property. This meant we were unable to carry out the proposed re-clean, which is contrary to the terms of our guarantee, under which customers must accept an offered re-clean as the first opportunity to resolve cleaning concerns.
Under these circumstances, you were not eligible for compensation under our guarantee terms. Nevertheless, as a gesture of goodwill, we offered you a 10% refund, which you accepted and received.
We understand your frustration regarding the additional charges imposed by your letting agency. However, we believe it is important to clarify that we offered a practical resolution promptly, but the opportunity to address the reported issues through our own re-clean service was declined.
We remain committed to resolving genuine customer concerns fairly and in accordance with our service terms. We respectfully believe that this review does not reflect the full circumstances or the resolution we offered.
