UPDF Reviews

Terrible. I decided to disable my UPDF AI standard subscription months ago, and I just found out not only they didn't cancel it, but they took my money as well. I would like to get my money back and cancel PERMANTLY my account. How can you fix that?

Most pdf editor requires users to pay periodically, but this software offers lifetime licenses from $69 USD.

The principal reasons why I recommend people to use that are the quality of file transformation and lots of page edit tools.

A only bad point is the time app launches, but not so long.

Want cheaper & multi-functional pdf editor, you should consider to buy this.

Perfect software, I bought a lifetime license. Just amazing functions

I got a licence of updf from several month now and I use it very often to merge, sign or other features. It is more simple than adobe and cheaper. Thanks. I love it.

I did the shopping wrong. I will redeem and purchase again. But I do not have the license code requested for redeem. And can you tell me how I can get it? I give it 5 stars because the application is very beauty.

Once you have bought this simple program, you will be inundated with a never-ending flood of requests for reviews, with promises of Amazon vouchers. Adobe is still the benchmark, I do not recommend UPDF. It is primitive and they try to bribe users with vouchers to give good reviews

This is the first software that doesn't mess up the spacing when editing a document. I have been stuck on that problem for 2 months. Now we can get somewhere. This is the best software out there. I have never seen another editor this great. I

Up to now I had used another app for creating a PDF-form. These forms work with Mac and windows-computers, but not withe smartphones und tablets. UPDF manges this perfectly. It is very fast. - But I have one problem: I have bought UPDF as I have created a PDF-form (9 pages, more than 350 fields). I want to sell this PDF to other users. Therefore it would be necessary that there is a password with an expiring date within one complete year. But the longest time which ist possible is only 30 days (or 1 day or 7 days). This is much too less for selling a licence. I hope that there will be soon an update with an 12-month-expiring date.

I've recently purchased the program because I work a lot with PDFs – even on iPad and iPhone – and it has become my default application.
It has all the functions I need, and in case of problems, customer support is fast and professional.
An absolutely recommendable application.

I use many PDFs very regularly and thanks to UPDF it has solved all my difficulties in a moment.

I am dis-hardened by the lack of support that I am receiving to get my issued resolved. I purchased a perpetual lifetime subscription on July 1, 2023 here we are June 13, 2024 and not able to use my account again. 2times since July 1, 2023 have I been able to use it. I want customer service not a custom email. As long as this is taking, it could have been resolved with a phone call or even a LIVE chat. You took payment but services are not being delivered. How are you going to fix this issue.

I have bought a perpetual licence in 2023, and I still cannot use it because of some stupid email address problem. The support cannot sort it out, and does not propose any solution. I have to imagine solutions. Lost money, no support.

I recently tried UPDF, and I must say its user interface is top-notch. The design is clean and intuitive, making navigation a breeze. Editing PDFs has never been easier; the tools are responsive and comprehensive. The OCR feature is particularly impressive, accurately converting scanned documents into editable text.

However, there are a few downsides. It struggles with Arabic text the OCR doesn’t support Arabic, which is a significant drawback for users needing this functionality. Additionally, the general handling of Arabic PDFs isn’t as smooth as it should be.

Overall, UPDF is an excellent tool for most PDF needs, especially if Arabic isn't a requirement. I'd rate it 5 out of 5

I have used UPDF for several years.
As an IT professional, graphic designer, and technical writer my requirements for a PDF viewing and editing application are demanding. It's the utility I use to modify, annotate, sign and view PDF documents, and includes lots of features that make demanding PDF manipulation tasks easy.

I believe in the company because they are responsive to customer requests and update the application frequently.

UPDF isn't perfect, but it comes close. The application's capabilities and price make it an excellent choice for people needing a powerful and user-friendly PDF viewer and editor.

I have been using UPDF Pro for two + years and I give it a MEH at best. It’s constantly NAGGING me to update, upgrade, sign-in. It’s very limited to the number of devices I can use it on. I just need a PDF editor to do specific tasks and I need to be able to use it on my numerous devices, one at a time. But NOOOOO!!! UPDF nags me to sign out of the last device I used it on so I can sign into the device I’m using. Annoying is an understatement! Save your money. As soon as I find an alternative, I’m gonna move. UPDF is a PAIN!!!

I really like this app, I use it everyday.

My experience with UPDF has been great. The software is easy to use, especially the editing and converting. It's the only application I'm using. I highly recommend it to every professional.

I used UPDF really, it is so simple, smooth, interactive and I liked it
I hope you support Arabic OCR because I tried alot of Arabic PDF but I didn't find Arabic in OCR Languages
So, Please, Support Arabic in OCR
