They gave me the documents I needed for a good price, I had one copy of the documents that was accidentally lost in delivery and they helped me straight away with my issue.

Super fast service

Super fast service. Lost my cardiac meds travelling overseas. NHS told me to go wait at a treatment center which would be hours. Got online to updoc and had escript in less than 15 minutes. Lifesaver and timesaver!

Do not use!

I have emailed this company on multiple occasions to tell them I cannot get onto the company portal and that I wish to cancel my Direct Debit with no response. They still continue to take my money and have ignored all emails. Unacceptable.

Amazing service

Amazing service. My issue was dealt with professionally and quickly. It was a huge relief to be listened to straight away and my issue was resolved within an hour of my initial submission.

I was very impressed

I was very impressed, i made my enquiry on line at 0800. By 1000 o had received my prescription from the pharmacist. It was all straight forward and efficient. Thanks

Great for prescription difficult to dispense

Seamless experience getting a prescription. Real difficulty and challlenge getting it dispensed. I had to go to four pharmacies before I was successful. They say they partner with Boots, I went to two different boots and neither knew what Updoc was let along how to access the prescription.

Prescription helpline only works on a weekday so I was completely stuck (on a Sunday) with the dispensers in each pharmacy trying to work out how they could download the prescription.
