Got charged for 4 months of a…

Got charged for 4 months of a membership/ subscription when I only used them once and when I tried to query it nobody bothered to contact me and heard nothing from them. Very deceitful for a health care provider.

The reply from updoc sounds great however my experience differs.

Why would you need to sign up for a monthly direct debit subscription to a medical service? My GP doesnt require it.
Updoc team should honestly ask what the real reason is - extract as much from those that are sick at their most vulnerable?

Good for me, maybe not for others

After sending generic letter (because I asked for a generic letter I found out after email discussions) an updated one with the information I wanted was provided extremely quickly.

Some spam texts for dodgy downloads were also sent my way but these can be ignored however may mislead some less knowledgeable users. Might recommend depending on the retirement.

Fast, good and dependable

Updoc was really good. As I was ill but not registered with a gp, updoc was able to provide a sick note from a doctor in under an hour after I submitted my application. Very grateful to them.
