Great buy - Andersen Winches…
I bought a couple of Andersen Winches for my Folkboat and Upffront were really great to deal with.

We were reliant on the manufacturer building some new ones and unfortunately, like everyone over the last few months, they have been completely overwhelmed with orders and these shackles got pushed down their priority list.

Great customer service
Great customer service and prompt reply on every query. As a business customer, the only thing to be counted is: at the moment of the purchase, I wasn't advised the product was out of stock, so I had a few days delay, which caused me some hassle as I had deadlines to meet. Nothing major, but it's good to be 100% sure before you proceed on order.

Order seemed to be forgotten until 3…
Order seemed to be forgotten until 3 weeks after placing it I emailed a reminder. Upffront then told me that the colour I ordered was not available, so could I accept an alternative? Finally received confirmation of shipment of the new colour a full 4 weeks after I placed the order. Item has still not arrived as I write. Very unusual that Upffront would be so tardy, previous experiences have been very positive and delivery very prompt.

Helpful staff but make sure you know what you are ordering.
All the staff have been very helpful and the product is good, however, supply chain issues (the item took three months to arrive) and initial confusion over the item I wanted caused by incorrect information provided means I cannot give them five stars.

Excellent Handling of the whole Purchase Process
I ordered 2 Antal Nonwelded Padeyes with Upffront.
Despite the current situation due to the Covid19 pandemic and the resulting delays in the worldwide supply chains, Upffront handled the whole purchase process in a very professional and excellent way.
In every stage of the process I was informed by them in due time about delays by the supplier and estimated delivery times. Especially Aleena Selestine was extremely helpful. The ordered items arrived a few days ago in perfect condition.
Also their customer support and IT department was extremely helpful and responsive when I had a problem with logging in to my user account at Upffront.
I am very happy to do business with them again in the future.
