A long wait 7 weeks for a furling line to be made, Covid-19 problems.
Then 3 weeks with DHL clearing Brexit customs.
Advise to plan ahead if ordering from UK.

Running Rigging on new X- Yacht
We equipped our brand new boat with running rigging from upffront/Kohlhoff. It was such a pleasure to work together with Calanach. He really knows his job and provided us with very professional advice. All the systems work very well and fit perfectly, different from the running rigging originally provided by X- Yachts. We are happy with upffront and would never use any other supplier for high quality rigging gear in the future.

Excellent. Prompt, personal service and they even adjusted the price by a few Euros to bring it under the Australian tax limit. My emails were replied to very quickly and with excellent English (my German is not so good!). I can highly recommend.

Go ahead and explore
Chat was great and gave me the opportunity for further exploration and ordering. E-Mail correspondence was also great. Very helpful, friendly and well-grounded staff, fast responding too. Sometimes faster than necessary ;-) because speed might lead in minor mistakes and misunderstandings, I suppose due to excessive work. On the downside was that it took a bit longer than expected for the delivery to arrive but it was not such a big issue and it was recognised on the spot not only by words but as a future discount offer (for limited time, though), as well. Nevertheless, I would definitely be happy to continue to be an Upffront customer.

Phil was really helpful helping us to choose the right spi furling configuration for our sailing pattern (racing / cruising). We got a great configuration at a great price. Aleena was really helpful in organising shipping especially overcoming post BREXIT challenges!
