This company is a joke
This company is a joke. Whenever I’m supposed to receive a package via UPS, I arrange my meeting etc accordingly and stay home, and they always claim that no one is home. Same thing happened yesterday as well, I was home all day and they claimed that no one was home.
If you are not delivering, then just don't get the money, and don't give a delivery date!!! How on earth this company can survive and don't bankrupt.

Not on time and according to agreement
The company did not deliver on time, wasting a lot of my day.
Secondly, they did not make sure I was home although the delivery specified a signature was required.
