Useless , I ordered earlier for don't stress about they lost a Santa gift a big box for my baby, when I contacted them about after a week of delay they said only the store can open a investigation, don't mean anything but I'm shorter in time for solved I problem I don't create.
After the really helpful but no ,contact basically said contact the seller we "desapear "with your package the seller said need more time for be lost in the middle time for order a new one will be day 29 December and under the three will be empty and you guys don't move a finger for.

The shipment arrived from France to Dublin in three days, over a distance of over 1,000 kilometers. It has been traveling from Dublin to its destination for four days and still hasn't arrived, a distance of 60 kilometers. For three days, I've been receiving information that an attempted delivery was attempted, which is a lie because I'm homebound due to illness. Furthermore, I have CCTV and no delivery attempt or courier presence was recorded. All attempts to contact UPS have been unsuccessful, and attempts to file a complaint are rejected because "the shipment has not yet been delivered and is in transit." I'm surprised that reputable companies still want to work with such an unreliable carrier as UPS!

The absolute worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. Waiting a week for an item to be delivered, left clear instructions after contacting their customer service team numerous times, which were not followed.

Absolutely shocking icl, they delayed my delivery beacause of an adress error, changed my adress to the same adress didnt get any information on the delivery for 4 days then changed it to collection and it arrived 2 days later. They really need to do better with their delivery service

I have a package in Dublin since the 24th of November . I have provided the customs documents required . I have been asking UPS for help to give me a reason why I have not received my package BUT nobody seems to be able to help .
It is outrageous that I have to waste my time talking to bots who are only able to answer childlike questions and then to be passed to some one in a call centre
who amazingly , to further frustrations , can only provide one with an email address.
Can anyone in UPS actually solve a problem ??
Let me give you a weird senario .....a customers problem should ideally go something like this.
1. Customer- Hi this is my problem , can you help ?
2. Ups customer service (being an actual human at the end of a phone )...yes sir/madam ..i see your problem , I now have it solved .
3. Customer- thats brilliant ...thank you so much ....UPS are brilliant.
I'm afraid UPS have not heard number 3 in quite a long time .

Disgraceful behaviour from a so called trusted delivery company, on the fist 2 attempts for delivery the driver just put "Sorry we missed you" on the notification even there were 3 people in the house at the time, so on the last attemp I deactivated signature and requested a safe place option drop and asked for the package to be left inside the sliding door at the front of the house, at 9.40pm in the evening I got a notification saying the phone had been delivered, and surprise surprise the package was not left inside the sliding door!! So knowing how caring UPS delivery drivers are I put my coat on and went looking for the package, found it safely dumped over my neighbours gate in the rain and not the safe location at my address, not the first time this has happened and I hear stories like this a weekly basis....

Bloody impossible to dispute an import VAT bill, forced to pay 60 euros VAT on a purchase of 155 euros from UK. Followed up with a 40 euros charge for a purchase of 122 euros. This seems v excess given VAT in Ireland is 23%

I am expecting a delivery soon and received a notification from UPS saying that additional address information is required, which was strange, as I had ordered from this retailer before, submitted the same delivery details (including an EIR code) and had no issues with the previous delivery. Either way, I called Customer Service to ensure the correct delivery details.
The customer service agents (2 as the first one was disconnected mid conversation) who handled my call were extremely rude to the point of being condescending and kept repeating that that I had to call the sender, update my address with them and the retailer would update the delivery address on the back end - even though the package is already in Dublin and is ready to be delivered.
When I asked why they couldn't update the details directly, they couldn't say why it was an issue and just kept repeating that I need to contact the sender in a dismissive manner.
I would urge UPS to train their teams to handle customer service requests with more professionalism - I understand that people can be frustrated, but we wouldn't be calling if we didn't have an issue.

Terrible service.We had number of commercials packages arriving from asia couple of days ago.Got delivery date but got held in their warehouse in Santry pending our payment of COD.We made payment asa but no update of delivery was provided.
The struggle begins with trying to contact their customers service.From useless bots which literally drives you mad to even more useless live customer service agents who just put you off with generic replays we went in circles for days.after couple of days we sent an detailed email requesting un update regarding our delivery date and status of our shipment.We were again provided with generic response without any specifics.Only after we communicated that we will pass this matter to our legal representative they released and delivered package immediately.
Terrible service, terrible customer service never again!

Had two very important and expensive parcels on the way: one, went to a completely different house in a completely different area and two, has been held in the UPS warehouse since 18/11/25 because they can't seem to read my home address?
The sender and I keep getting told that there's an error in my address - there is not. My packages are currently being held hostage by UPS and I have no idea how to retrieve them. Customer service is non-existent and I'm at my wits end.

Terrible customer service every time I ordered from Amazon USA and they use ups to deliver it never arrives on time today the 4/12/2025 it said it was out for delivery all day but it never arrived only to show rescheduled because customer said so ??? Not once did I give ups instructions to reschedule ?? To be perfectly honest the driver just couldn't be arsed ?? That's the real reason I hate this delivery company there just terrible never once have I had a delivery delivered on time 😔😔been onto ups this morning and that was a waste of time useless customer service just kept repeating himself over and over basically ups driver didn't bother delivering it yesterday and brought it back to finglas hub that's the long and short of it !!!!! Now today the 15 of December 2025 I just received one piece of a 2 piece delivery why o why can't ups deliver the two pieces on the same day and this is about the 4 th time this has happened now if I see any seller using ups for there deliverys I just won't order of them it's just a terrible service for any ups representative that might see this here is the tracking number 1Z0E747G6728337775

This is the second time I’ve waited at home for a UPS delivery only to see a “failed attempt” notification, even though no attempt was made. Nobody rang the bell, nobody came to the door, and the moment the status changed I called Customer Service. I was then told the driver had tried to deliver to the wrong address, despite my address being correct.
I constantly have to call Customer Service to understand where my package is, and no one is able to tell me when it will actually arrive. This exact issue happened before as well and my parcel was returned to the sender even though I was at home the entire day.
At this point, seeing a retailer use UPS makes me genuinely anxious. If a company ships only with UPS, I will unfortunately avoid ordering from them going forward.

I ordered from a company that uses UPS and it will be my last time doing so as the service is so terrible. My order was meant to be delivered days ago but the tracking keeps saying theres an issue because I didnt provide a house number, my house doesnt have a number and ive given the eircode. When ordering originally I provided my phone number and email, would it not occur to ups delivery driver to contact me? I get deliveries to my house all of the time and on the rare occasion a delivery driver cant find my home, they simply call me and I give them directions. This is to much work for UPS staff so instead they just dont bother to deliver the parcel. Oh and customer care is non-existent so no point in wasting your time trying to contact them.

Absolutely awful company! AVOID! My package was stuck at sorting facility for two weeks the ups team sent me in circles telling its all sorts of issues and I need to contact sender for xyz and do this and that all for it now to be getting sent back to the sender when I clearly told them numerous times to change address and even had sender change it also. Bunch of incompetent clowns. Will NEVER use them again!!!

Had an important package on the way, delivery man never tried to knock on the door or call me when he arrived just said he couldn’t deliver it, I had stayed at home and waited all day to make sure that wouldn’t be an issue, it wouldn’t let me leave a note to try contact the delivery person, so I had to spend over 30 mins waiting on the phone to get through to a representative who couldn’t understand English and just kept re-reading the same thing on his script that wasn’t related to my issue. I miss the day when people used to care or take pride in their jobs

Appalling service. I paid an extra €10 for express delivery in 1-3 days. Two days ago the package was ‘in the van’ but it was inexplicably returned to the depot in Finglas where it remains while the only message we have received is that delivery is being rescheduled. Customer service is useless beyond description. It seems to deter all forms of communication. The virtual advisor doesn’t answer questions and having been told there was a ten minute wait on the phone line to speak to a human being I gave up after fifteen. The worst experience I have had with delivery services. Still waiting for my package or even a delivery date.
Update. Contacted a very helpful lady in customer care by email who has tried to get things moving to no avail. Today (December 1) my package is apparently in Virginia. Whether that is the US state or the town in Cavan is a matter of conjecture. Losing hope now.
