Lost package

Managed to lost a package, are still yet to official to any accountability for it. I have had to make 7 different call, each time to a call center rep that provides different answers to the last rep.

UPS now expect me to complete an investigation form. A process which will take them 15 business days to complete!

UPS have taken no accountability for their mistakes and expect customer to do all the work to fix it.

If you misplaced a package, just admit it, refund customer, deal with shipper, move on. Stop making your mistakes an extended problem for your customers.

I have completely lost all confidence in UPS

I have completely lost all confidence in UPS who have made no attempt to deliver my package. UPS advise that my package has been in the local depot since Monday 15th February. Initially they claim that the label did not have a complete address. They were missing my House Name (we have no House Numbers in my Street and all properties are identified by name). I rectified this by giving the UPS Customer Service Agent (Louis) this information on February 15th. I was advised that the package would be delivered the next day – February 16th. No delivery attempt was made and indeed no other attempt has been made at all. My wife or I have been at home at all times this week.

I have spoken with an agent today (Joey) after being on the line for over 15 Minutes and she confirmed that no delivery update is available on her system. I offered to collect from the local UPS depot where my package apparently is but she said that I would have to arrange that and the earliest I could go is tomorrow. At that point I said I needed to raise a complaint. I was transferred by her but having been left on the phone line for more than (a further) 10 Minutes I gave up trying!

What a waste of time.

I have today e-mailed my Supplier to cancel my order due to UPS's failure to (attempt to) deliver. I hope that they stop using UPS in the future as this is the only way UPS will wake up?!

19/02/2021
Received a UPS Status Notification requesting "Warehouse entry detials necessary for clearance."
No information was provided on how to make contact so I called the Customer Service number and after 15 Minutes or so got through to Catherine wh took my Tracking Number and then remained silent on the line for several Minutes. She then said that her system was not working and she needed to pass me to another agent. Back to the phone queue! After 20 Minutes I gave up waiting. Another waste of time!
Incidentally while waiting there was a constant stream of messages inviting you to use the UPS online system. There is no way of inputting any information without an InfoNotice Number. Well as UPS has made no attempt to deliver over the 5 days or so that my package has been at the local depot I don't have a Notice number.
Time to just give up on the whole sorry affair and hope UPS get their act together one day?

Firstly you wait more than an hour to…

Firstly you wait more than an hour to speak to someone and when they answer they can't help you. You get transferred endlessly only to be hung up on.
Secondly, the delays are not even funny anymore... over a month and still waiting for an England to Spain package. The tracking system is useless and rarely gets updated.
Third and most importantly, it's a complete waste of money paying for insurance you will never get anything back or even speak to someone who can help or answer your questions. They damaged a 1800 computer and now refuse to pay on the insurance even though I had it covered.

UPS EVEN IF YOU ARE THE LAST COMPANY ON THE PLANET WHO DELIVERS GOODS...... I WILL NEVER EVER USE YOUR CRAP COMPANY AGAIN. YOU ARE THIEVES AND LIARS. TAKE YOUR COMPANY AND STICK IT.

Just pathetic.

Failed to deliver the parcel on time despite charging 38 quid for shipping. I rang to complain and got a call centre representative that can barely speak English and had hearing difficulties. They have an automated system blaming Brexit for parcel delays despite the fact this parcel never needed to leave the UK. This company is a waste of time and money.

It has taken UPS one month to deliver a…

It has taken UPS one month to deliver a package to me from the Netherlands, which, even taking Brexit into account, should have arrived within one week - during that period the delivery date was amended 12 times, all at short notice, and each time I had had to arrange time away from work to be home to accept the delivery - no time slot like you get from the better carriers, just 'by end of day'. An hour on the phone to their 'customer support' yielded nothing - when eventually the call was answered it was by someone in an obscure call centre that was impossible to understand - I eventually grasped that she was putting me thro' to an agent but in reality I was transferred to a recorded message on a loop referring me to their 'frequently asked questions' on their website, which are of course irrelevant and useless. An email requesting firm delivery information sent over 2 weeks ago, supposedly scheduled to be answered 'within one working day' remained unanswered until moments after the package arrived today, just stating 'your package has been delivered' - coincidence? I don't think so!
A truly appalling company, I certainly wouldn't use them myself, or recommend them, and in future I will insist that my suppliers use another carrier - indeed the supplier of this particular item tells me that he has had so many complaints from customers about UPS that he has terminated his arrangement with them and transferred all of his business to DHL.
Save yourself the hassle, avoid at all costs!

Lost package

I wanted to let others know I was told my parcel had been lost but it was actually stuck in Germany. I think since Brexit you have to pay the customs before the parcels can enter the UK but the advice from UPS is you can still pay the driver.

Once I’d paid the tax the package started moving again so if yours is “lost” try paying the tax outstanding. I know this is risky as it’s spending more money on a “lost” item. Mine was £600 of new stock for my business.

I still haven’t received it but at least it’s now in the UK and scheduled for tomorrow.

UPS the worst delivery service ever

I’ve had the misfortune to have yet another item supposedly being delivered to me today from GoPro. This is the second delivery to me by UPS that has gone wrong.

This is a useless firm. Quite frankly I now think that UPS stands for Useless Parcel Service. Having previously, in respect if another parcel, received two emails saying delivery will be made on a certain day and on each occasion waited in all day to take delivery no one turns up with the parcel. This equals two wasted days.

Yesterday I received another email from UPS advising of a delivery from GoPro today (15 Feb 2021) and saying that it would need to be signed for, I waited in all day. Guess what? Again no one turned up with the delivery = yet another wasted day. So far I gave wasted 3 days with this totally incompetent firm.

My problem now is that my mother-in-Law has just being put on end of life care and I will no longer be able to take delivery of the item from tomorrow. What a mess up UPS has made.

My advice is DONT USE UPS.

And even though its meant to be tracked, there is no facility to find out where this parcel is

Ups ruins opportunities

I shipped some sample product of my brand to a famous fashion magazine to shoot them with an express next day delivery but the parcel didn’t never arrive there.Of course I completed all the 3 commercial invoices.

So my business lost money a big opportunity to be published and visibility.
Now it’s more than 2 weeks and the parcel is still stuck in a ups’ warehouse.
The customer service doesn’t provide any real help, it’s just virtual and to make people quite, doesn’t have any power to help.
Very upset about this company,
You can’t expect the worst cause UPS is the worst.

Worse since Brexit

Worse since Brexit, UPS absolutely lost their direction of handling parcel compare to other shipping company like Royal Mail,TNT and others, we shipped few parcels begging of January 2021, and non delivered yet, on window tracking display indicate delays due to Brexit and that’s not true, how other shipping company deliver on time.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I understand that parcels sometimes get lost but losing the Christmas presents for my sister and her children on 21st December and still refusing to give a refund on 16th February is disgraceful! I have sent the paperwork multiple times to customer services, the claims department, the complaints department, via the claims dashboard etc. but still nothing.

Constantly blaming brexit. Worst courier

Constantly blaming brexit, weather, customs and maybe their breakfast this morning. Got a parcel coming from EU to UK (there was no uk stock of particular item so it was sent directly to me)
It’s been stuck at UPS Stanford le hope since 05/02... keep getting a “warehouse scan”
Been told it’s yet to clear customs! But like. It’s been over 10 days.

Hundreds of users are without their items. It’s a disgrace

Avoid at allll costs. Honestly I could of now walked to London and got it by now.

Update (19/02/21)
Item cleared customs on the 17th. Made its way to my town on the 18th. Had a delivery day of the 22nd Feb Monday... and it’s came today 19thfeb Friday. Not complaining it came early but good job I’m off work to get it today..

Customer service finally got back to me, only to say Parcel delivered... YES I KNOW... so that was a useless query asking where my parcel was 10 days ago.

UPS... not sure what’s happened... but that was dreadful. 20 days it took to get here... 15 of them sitting in the U.K. 5 days just flying effortlessly across the EU.
Dreadful

Package in their system for 1 month, no communication, sporadic replies to emails, don’t try telephone number they are worse than useless. If you are thinking of using them, simply do not.

DELAYED PARCEL, AGAIN

we are expecting an important secured parcel, it was supposed to arrive yesterday between 09.30 uk time and 13.30 uk time.
it has not arrived, it is now 11.00 16th feb 21, we can not complete our business task until it arrives, 1 whole day wasted.
we cant track it any further than it will arrive by 13.30 on the 15th feb 21.
we cant get through on the phone lines
as a domestic customer we cant access get very far, the site seems to go round in circles.
the site has not updated its status on the delivery, ie late due to...
we have not received and further communication to say its late, running late because..
we have had no apology or expected delivery time or day.
at Christmas i used UPS for the very 1st time to send a parcel to my son in Australia, it took 8 weeks, when it should have only taken max 3.
my husband is on the phone to them now, an 0345 number, for which they are money for us to sit in the queue, it is an automated line, there is no music, nothing, so we are unsure that the line is still connected,
I would never Choose to use the really Useless Parcel service.
they have suspended their money back guarentee, so if you are loosing money because you have not received or delivered a business parcel/contract, tough. or you have an expensive parcel, and using their insurance, don't bother, I suspect it wont be worth anything.
IN SHORT, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Incompetent fools.

Not only is this courier service useless at delivering on time and sending updates (when I've requested them by email) their communication response is appalling. My brother's 40th birthday gift was supposed to get to him on the 11th, it's now almost the 16th and still no show. There was an update today (hooray) that showed the status bar nearly full, therefore delivery close, (it stated by 15:00). But, low and behold, a second update today .... "Delayed!". I appreciate times are tough, weather is not good, you can't be a**ed and all that, but come on. It was supposed to be delivered on the 11th. Where's it been for the past 5 days ??

Also, another parcel for myself was delivered to some horrible, run down convenience store because I missed delivery. Well, I heard noone knock and delivery was certainly NOT attempted 3 times (the process they are meant to follow). This convenient store was about 2 miles from my house! I do not drive and I have arthritis in my hips, I cannot walk that distance. I was told by the sender that if it's returned to them I'll be charged. Thankfully I found someone who could collect in time, but it was not so convenient for them either. UPS....Sort your s&&t out you incompetent company. I'll now never order anything if the company uses UPS.

Always hate when companies use UPS

I have ordered from companies who insist on using UPS on several occasions and I’m yet to have a smooth delivery. In this occasion I was getting daily updates of the parcel and then nothing for days, all of a sudden j was told it would be delivered (UK address) on 15/02/2021. All day I sat and waited and requested email and SMS updates, to which I even rang and used the tracking/online assistant - no response! At 6pm I eventually got an update to say it will be delivered by the end of the day as it was currently in Germany... now my geography is not the best but to get from Germany to the UK and travel North to the North West area of the country that is going to take a lot longer than 6 hours, to which I am still waiting with no update!

Ordered a camera lens from Canon. They use UPS for their deliveries. The UPS updates are hap hazard, unfathomable and makes no sense. You can’t ring them and they ignore emails. Absolutely awful firm to deal with and from now on any supplier who use UPS won’t get my business.
