Shockingly poor service

What a catalogue of disaster. UPS must rank as one of the worst companies in existence. Just try and get hold of anyone on the phone.... took me over 2 hours one day. They won't reply to emails. I will never use them again.

Absolutely USELESS LIARS!!!!

Paid for a parcel to be collected & delivered 17th Feb. Very large box containing a New Samsung oven £1170 from John Lewis. Not one persons been in touch since tracking doesn’t show or tell you anything WASTE OF SPACE...

Called them 3 times since Friday
On one seems to know where my item is

Probably the worst delivery company EVER

Probably the worst delivery company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, and that's saying something! Lost 1 parcel out of a shipment of 4 from China in November 2020, it's now mid Feb 2021, no updates or information on where this parcel is, they have sent me the full vat/duty amount of the cosignment to be paid even though the value is now much less due to the lost parcel. I have called more than 10 times spending over 42 minutes trying to sort this issue out without any luck. I am now receiving final demands on the wrong VAT and Duty amount. I have now given up and will now hand this over to our legal advisors for possible action. AVOID UPS IF YOU CAN

UPS LOST MY PARCEL

Parcel posted on the 27th of Febuary to Finland, Contents value £850 custom made items. Parcel was never scanned just dissapeared into oblivion, Had to refund my customer, Weeks and weeks of lies and being fobbed off, I have cried with the frustration, It wasnt a small package, I cover my address labels with clear parceltape there is no way they fell off, The return address label is covered too and also cannot just fall off, Double walled well packaged box. I feel like I just handed my box over the theives and there is absolutelly nothing I can do about it, Its not about the money, these items were one offs, My address is even in the box with the paperwork so there is no excuse. I am disgused with their non existant customer service, They closed my case without even telling me !!!!!!

Steer well clear

This is the worst company ever. Not even sure why, according to the huge number of negative reviews its still running.
Bought an item from a company on 21s Jan which used UPS as its courier. Its now 19th Feb. and I still haven't received it and don't think I ever will. Luckily I went through paypal and I can claim my money back.
The updates that are posted with the tracking number are either lies, that they have tried to deliver when they haven't, or just down right ridiculous, saying they cant because of severe weather. At this point I think they have run out of what say as they haven't updated for 2 weeks.
When you ring, its literally 45mins before you gat to representative who says they cant hear you and then promptly hang up.
AVOID at all cost!

UPS is Useless Pathetic Stupid

I sent a parcel to the US, from the UK.

I paid for a 4 day expedited service and it left on the 15th December 2020.

Even though that was over 2 months ago, and the parcel is no-where to be seen, UPS refuse to refund me for what is obviously a complete failure on their part.

Instead they have insisted on investigation after investigation. And when I sent an email to the CEO, their first thought was to start (you guessed it) another investigation.

On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give them -20. Absolutely useless! They say the sign of a good company is not when things go right, its how they react when things go wrong. Well it all went wrong for UPS, and they have been the worst company to deal with since then. I will never use them again and suggest you steer clear, unless you don’t actually want you parcel to arrive.

Joke! Joke! I lost in word about how creative UPS is. Posted A4 paper and delivered a sparkling dress

You will not believe my experience with UPS. It is ironic. I posted 5 reams of A4 paper which weights 25kg. When you post that heavy parcel you will never forget and it is very noticeable. Guess what happened? It first delayed for over a week, I paid for next day delivery and it shall arrive last Friday and when it finally arrived this Sat. It is not a heavy pack of A4 paper. it is a sparkling dress. I lost in word with UPS. How can you mess up a 25kg heavy A4 paper with a dress? It is very clear on the label the item weights 25kg and it is in office category. How can UPS mess up this? And what hell is that dress come from? I did not have any dress sent out.

UPS broke my parcel and are ignoring me

Sent a parcel via UPS. Paid extra to have it insured up to £100 (its value). Packed it really well but it arrived broken. It was booked via Packlink so I opened a claim with them and they say it is an antique so not covered. IT BROKE BECAUSE UPS MISTREATED IT, NOT because it was old! It was small cabinet - not glass! I have contacted UPS customer services both in UK and USA and the CEO (Mark Vale) directly twice and they are ignoring me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I NEVER WILL AGAIN.

Unfulfilled Contract UK import - Latest returning to sender with no explanation

The current disgusting state of outstanding contracts - Germany to UK, Landed in UK within 24 hrs Great or did it?....sitting at Stanford-No-hope (4 hours away) since 2nd Feb absolute joke. Tracking updates are a lie keeps going round in circles been import scanned 6 times so far but no updates since 15th Feb??? New customs paperwork yes ok I get that but we have all had years to prepare for Brexit clearly UPS had no plans in place for leaving the EU.
Other well known companies ie DPD, DHL, TNT etc are supplying and completing import deliveries/contracts ON TIME no problem just had parcel via TNT from New Zealand to UK threw customs no problem took only 3 working days!
So UPS you have no excuse! I will avoid buying from companies that use UPS from now on.
UPDATE - No reply from UPS to emails been hung up on multiple times and when and only when I did get threw to 3 different customer service agents in order on the same day with 3 different responses as follows:-
1 Lost (polite wording for stolen imao),
2 At Stanford No hope since 2nd Feb
3 Returned to Germany.
My supplier has got the message and will no longer use UPS Order placed with supplier on the 4th Jan
Approximately 50 days in still nothing.

Stanford Le Hope, United Kingdom, This returned package requires an export invoice for duty relief.

UPS Lights are on but no ones home! Firstly it's not returned because you never made any attempt to delivered it & there wont be any export invoice as it's an import, So UPS is sending it back to Germany.......

WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY, ALL LIES!!

Absolutley 5h1te company my parcel has arrived "according to the app" and is located in my City since 2nd Feb 2021 and I still haven't had it delivered this post date it 21 Feb 2021, use a more better company like Hermes or Priority Express. Will never ever use these if I have to send parcels, unfortunately I'm receiving a parcel from a supplier and going forward i will check with everyone that delivers to me as to which courier company they use and then decide to buy.

Waste of time and energy chasing, you call customer services, give them tracking number and they tell you the same 5h1t that the app is already telling you!!!!

RUBBISH SERVICE

what a poor service kept may parcel for over a week
constantly said it was out for delivery
said they attempted deliver (we have cameras another lie)
even there customer service lie and make false promises
i personally would never use them and after reading this you should avoid
HERMES is a far better service

No response on phone. Can't get a receipt

Spent hours trying to pre-pay VAT on a USA import. Eventually driver arrived and demanded cash. We Have spent hour after hour holding onto phone trying to get a receipt for my VAT return. We import a lot. Fedex are sooooo much better

Yet again ups didn't attempt to deliver…

Yet again ups didn't attempt to deliver to my home. They just dropped it at a nearby shop. This time they didn't even email me about it. First I became aware was the notification that the item was in way back to sender due to non collection. Ups never deliver to my home anymore. They drop everything off where is more convenient to them. Shocking company. I cannot believe businesses use them to deliver their products.

Disgusting customer service

I ordered some stock from the USA, which UPS unfortunately had to import for me. They emailed me to let me know a brokerage charge was due, which I paid on the 15th Feb. Since paying them £98 my parcel is nowhere to be found, still on hold in the depot. Despite over 5 HOURS of phone calls and messaging online nobody seems to be able to resolve a simple issue. Nobody at UPS seems to communicate with each other, every time you get in contact with another rep it's time to start over. You can't talk to the local depot because they don't accept incoming calls. The service is the worst I've ever experienced from any company. Stick to importing with Fedex, at least they don't lie to you.

ABSOLUTE JOKE

ABSOLUTE JOKE. We sent a parcel to the Netherlands ,but it never got there and every time we called Customer service they just blamed brexit. They never came up with a straight reason on why it never got there and when we were told that it was missing export label, we told them to send it back to us and that never got put through the first time and the second time it got put through but it took forever and then it got sent to London by mistake them back to Tamworth and when we received it, we were absolutely disgusted by the condition it came back.

Wish I had seen these! Never use again

Wish I had seen these!! Used it as it was pay pack print collect on an eBay sale. Was collected, great, delivery in the UK due the next day .... 12days later yes 12 days !! Still in transit !!! Phoned the customer service number you get cut off before it rings. NEVER EVER TO BE USED.

Awful service

Awful service. Given 2 seperate dates for delivery and not turned up on either date although the tracking stated on each date it was in transit and on time. As of now I've no idea where my mattress currently is. Called them and left messages and haven't had any calls back. Do they think I can take random days off work to sit in all day. This sort of service shouldn't be allowed. It's disgusting.

Paid to have a parcel delivered

Paid to have a parcel delivered, over priced to start with for a four day delivery, times getting on and no parcel, checked tracking and some person has managed to damage the goods, try to claim and first of all they want you to open an account with a payment method, no chance, can’t even deliver a parcel safely, every time somebody uses UPS it either gets damaged or turns up very late, why can’t they be charged with criminal damage, if I damage something of theirs I would be in court, because it’s such a big company you can’t get any help or sympathy for the problems they have caused, this item is going to take a long time to find a replacement, time, money lost that they will never replenish, after all we are only customers and don’t matter !
