Personally I have received exceptional service

Personally, I can only say positive things about UPSTIX. We have been working with this company for some time, and the service we have received has been exceptional. I have personally dealt with Josh Shaw and Simon Barton, both of whom are always responsive and willing to go the extra mile. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and we always receive a prompt reply. We would highly recommend UPSTIX. They provide a tailored service to meet each individual’s needs.

You didn't call at 10am or at 11:45am on 26/12/24. You obviously don't have Customer service skills. Yes i appreciate it's the Xmas holidays but why promise a call!

Pulled out of deal and hour before we…

Pulled out of deal and hour before we were signing for new property, could have been worse I could have signed for new house and would have been left with two houses. Think before you enter into a deal with these guys, all looks well upfront put they want to have a buyer for your property before they do the deal with you.

UPSTIX do what they say

UPSTIX do what they say. They buy your house quickly. I researched other house buying companies that were unscrupulous. I dealt with Duncan AT UPSTIX, he was fair and professional. Transaction went well and I wound recommend them.

Acting as Liquidators of a company

Acting as Liquidators of a company, we recently instructed Upstix to assist with the realisation of a company-owned property. The property had been on the market with traditional agents for nine months and the mounting costs of marketing and maintaining the property had become a concern.

Upstix were instructed and within just seven days, their solicitors were actively pushing for completion.

What a pleasant experience.

What a pleasant experience from start to finish. Handled by Alex and his team.
They brought out property for cash and stuck to the agreed initial valuation which other cash buyers fail to do. Also the speed in which it progressed.

Definitely recommend UPSTIX.

Additionally here are some practical steps that may help with your situation:

- Register with the Telephone Preference Service (TPS): This is a free service that can help reduce unwanted marketing calls.

- Report suspicious numbers: Most mobile providers can help block or investigate scam calls if reported.
