A good way of selling
Duncan was informative and most of all straightforward and honest, the price was as expected and fair, I was enquiring after a chain collapse, In the end I haven’t used the service due to a change in circumstances. Though I have no qualms in using the company based on my experience, my only little gripe was that the surveyor turned up unannounced, but fortunately I was working from home that day so I could accommodate him.
In short a very good way of selling if this process suits your needs.

Offer was quite good if it ultimately stayed at middle to higher point. Not sure what it would have ended up being as house still up for sale and we are not desparate to sell.
Not entirely convinced about the usp of giving seller a share of any profit on eventual market sale...cant imagine it would be much after selling/legal expenses and any profit they keep.

Our profit share offer has proved popular and we make sure that what you can receive is not diluted with any hidden legal or selling fees.
After we have bought your property, if we then end up reselling it for more than what we said it was worth, we give you the majority of the upside.
So as an illustrative example, if valued your property at £250,000, we would typically buy it from you for £213,000 (a 15% discount). But if then went on to sell it for £270,000 we would give you the majority of the extra £20,000. This means you get a fair deal, not left short changed and you are confident that we are not valuing your property at an artificially low price.
