Scam company. Please avoid at all costs. Having returned my T shirt item for a size exchange Uptown attire have ignored messages and provided no refund or exchange. We will now be raising this with the ombudsman.

Personally i would never youse this…
Personally i would never youse this company again!! I ordered two tops which didn’t fit my partner I filled out two returns forms and sent them 1st class Royal Mail tracked on 13/05/2024 it’s been two weeks I’ve had no update I’ve emailed company twice and WhatsApp’s and still had no response! This is really concerning as I’m waiting for two refunds!

Terrible service AVOID
Ordered a Burberry jumper on 28th of April.
No update of dispatch up to the 1st of May so I reached out via whatsapp and 2 x emails. No Reply !
Then a refund appears, no explanation or response to my original contact.
I am grateful for the refund so that I don't have to chase around for it but seriously, customer service is everything, especially for small businesses.
As others have said, AVOID, customer service is the worst I have experienced in a very long time.

Customer service awful. Return challenges
Delivery on items were great and the customer service was helpful when I was choosing the goods.
Had some issues and their WhatsApp went down, which made it challenging to resolve however did resolve once they got back on.
The only bit of feedback I would give would be the ways to contact are limited and these days most customers like the acknowledgement or an expectation set on response times so if it’s only WhatsApp maybe an auto response even when open to set an expectation could help with people getting twitchy or unhappy if it’s just supported by an individual! But this feedback is purely constructive as they have a very good service around it.

Please can someone contact me on my email address or answer Whats App messages? For 2 days Royal Mail have attempted to deliver my return (according to Tracking) but says "no one there". I am on day 12 now and concerned. I have emailed but no response. Resorted to contacting you on here as no phone number!!! Please respond asap. The order is on my daughters email address, so if you want confirmation (as I'm not going to type it here) please respond back asap.
RESPONSE: Really pleased you've processed return and monies coming back - Royal Mail tracking showing as undelivered though, made 2 attempts the OL postcode address but "no one to receive parcel" ... very strange. Royal Mail requesting to rebook delivery???? But doesn't matter I suppose as you've processed a refund! In the bank by end of tomorrow do your Whats App says. Great stuff!!!

Honestly best customer service I’ve experienced in a long while. I ordered a top, but only realised i needed a small size a month after receiving it. However, they were very understanding, and arranged to send it back and exchange for a smaller size. Their communication was amazing, it was a pleasure dealing with their customer service. Never written one of these before but it is very well deserved review!!!!
