The website could do with some reworking. It's far too busy with huge menus and too much content on the page. Hard to tell what you're actually looking at.

Received order late… but nothing to complain about the product itself
I still haven't received my order. Have been waiting now for a little over a week. Very frustrating...
Received the order finally and have the restrictors fitted. Got good support on chat for installation along with pictures that made everything a lot smoother. Apart from the initial shipping mess up, can’t complain about the product. Does what it’s supposed to. One thing to point out is the screws provided which is dependent on the profile of the window. Better to measure initially and mention in the order notes. The self tapping screws aren’t easily available at the local Bunnings.
