Good value for money, good product fast delivery.

iPhone arrived on time, well packaged and in great condition. Cosmetically the phone is like a new one and £100 cheaper.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Really low ball offer saying their was damage that there really wasnt, rejected twice and got an OK offer and took as payment was 7 days.

Payment was finally made 19 business days later after 5 chasing emails....maybe avoid!

They offered amazing prices for two phones but dropped them by more than a third after inspection due to alleged scratches on the case and screen

Both phones have been in cases with screen protectors since the minute they were taken out of the box and one of them was less than 2 weeks old as it was replaced under warranty, there's no way to see the alleged scratches it's a case of take it or leave it

I accepted the offer then received an email saying payment would be 10-14 working days instead of the advertised 2-3

On the 15th working day I called because I hadn't been paid

I was politely told that they've got a backlog of payments and I'll definitely be paid, they just can't say when

Following the call, I emailed advising that I'd start legal action in 3 working days if I didn't receive my payment

Although I didn't receive a reply to my email, I received the money around 4:30pm on deadline day

Since then I've been called by Wendy almost begging me to change my review as I've been paid

As agreed, I've amended it to say I've been paid after the threat of legal action but there's no way I'm changing my 1 star review, if Trustpilot allowed negative reviews UR would be getting one of them instead

I felt they were professional and quick and trustworthy very happy with my purchase for my order 79662029. Good price too!

I sold my phone to UR. At first when i did the comparison they came out as offering the best price at £105. When they received the phone they revised their offer to £30 yes £30 based on some factors they said such as the battery has been charged a lot etc. the phone was pristine. I rejected this and they came back at £45 and again i rejected. They made a final offer of £65. Still poor in my opinion however i couldn't be bothered with the hassle so accepted.

Fast forward 4 weeks and countless emails later i still have not received any payment and they keep saying they are working to. 7 day delay. This despite saying it would be 5 working days the payment would be made. This has been 4 weeks and no payment. Its an absolute disgrace. Its bordering on theft of my phone. I would not recommend them at all.

*Update* I received a phone call from UR today and the payment has now been made to me. The person on the phone could not have been any more apologetic and very sincere. She was extremely helpful and ensured me my payment would be with me today which it is so i have marked my review up a couple of stars.

There was a great choice of refurb phones and I’ve ordered from the company before so trust the quality will be good - so far so good - delivery was faster than expected

Sent 2 Google pixel 8 phones in to sell agreed much lower offers than what I wanted. Giving excuses to how many times the phones have been charged. Rang 1st time they answered was advised they are having delays in processing payments with being a small business. Now been 15 and 16 days with offers being accepted on alternative days. Still no payment from them. Tried ringing to be left on hold unanswered. Emailed not received a reply. I've now asked for phones back in same condition as I sent them boxes included. Really disappointed in this company. Would certainly not recommend.

It's amazing what a negative review on here can do I had a phone call from u.r. this morning apologising for the delay in making payment to me, saying they had a large influx of phones to get through what had been sent in to them and that I will get my payment today but would I mind updating my review to say this. No sooner had I ended the call I heard the sound of money going into my account from u.r. so I've given them another star but I still would not recommend this company as they really knock you down on price offered. I accepted 3rd offer from.

It has amazing appearance and it also arrived on time

I can’t rate them below a one or I would. They made an offer, I sent my phone they replied with something about battery life and cut the offer by over 1/3. I agreed and money was supposed to have been received within 7 days. That was a month ago and now they are ghosting my emails. DO NOT SEND THESE PEOPLE ANYTHING!!!
Update: after submitting this rating and initiating complaints, I was finally contacted and had my payment within 24 hours. I am still unlikely to use them again but I did finally get a reply and payment.

Don't use this company as they are a total waste of time and poor service, sent a phone 4 weeks ago and still not received any money..please stay away
